An extremely helpful young lady made the whole process of purchasing a wheelchair and cushion a simple experience.

What amazing customer service from Karen when there was a problem, after a year, with the wheelchair. We rang her on 3 occasions to request parts which were sent via DPD. It was a fabulous experience and nothing was too much trouble. You only really know a company by how it manages aftercare, our expectations were exceeded! We have recommended to a friend based upon our experience. Thank you Karen

I would not normally write reviews however this is the first time I have truly been disappointed with a company/product! Very poor product satisfaction and customer service!! Fault with scooter few months after purchase. It took 4 months to resolve fault which I had to keep following up myself! Following this further fault with scooter just after having scooter for 14 months. When I reported the fault I was reassured by customer service it will get resolved as Scooter still under warranty and I should receive response in 24 hours after waiting patiently for a few days still no response again had to chase up myself only then to be told scooter was not under warranty therefore nothing could be done! Very conflicting information by customer service! Would not recommend company or the scooter purchased ! I am still waiting to be contacting by management who again were supposed to contact me within 24 hours however this again has not happened! Highly would not recommend this company!

Had a mobility scooter on their trial arrangement. It wasn’t suitable as amongst other things it was too heavy for me to handle.
After almost three weeks since I returned it I am still awaiting my refund.
They say it will be 48 hours after return and checked into their warehouse.
I keep sending emails but now they’ve stopped replying.

We had a prompt reply to our enquiry email from Tom and when we phoned to place an order we spoken to Carmen who gave a full explanation and guidance in relation to the ordering and delivery process. Very professional.

The mobility scooter arrived on Sunday and looks superb but not been used as yet. The delivery company, HDD, were also extremely professional from initially arranging a delivery date and time that was suitable to us and then giving a full and detailed explanation in regards to the mobility scooter.
Fantastic service all round and would highly recommend.

I ordered a self propelled wheelchair but unfortunately it wasn’t suitable. A lovely lady called Karen was so understanding and arranged for an exchange. The original was collected the next day and the new one the day after. Luckily we had a very understanding delivery driver Richard from DPD who didn’t complain about keep bringing it up to our 2nd floor apartment.

they use very bad third parties

ordered a scooter and cover together. DPD delivered the cover and even though i said i would be there via my doorbell camera he still dumped it over the fence. but it was not my fence it was my neighbours and i had to pick it out of the dog feaces.
then when i called live well and said no scooter they told me that a company called Owens would be delivering it later. it was delivered later but it did not say Owens on the lorry or the guys uniform. the guy very kindly took it round the back for me but while he was there one of his colleagues called him and told him to 'just dump it'. the delivery guy said it was because they finish work early on a Friday which is none of my concern because i paid £24.99 for next day delivery. i thanked the delivery man for everything and said to just get off and i would deal with closing the gates, etc and he was rather unpolite.
i called live well to make a complaint and was told that its nothing to do with them as the deliveries were done by third parties, which is correct but they are live wells sub contractors so live well is still legally liable for their sub contractors actions.
i have been left traumatised by all this and feel like i would be better off dead because i am clearly just an inconvenience and a nuisance because i am disabled.
i will NEVER be ordering anything ever again from live well. just hope everything is ok when one of my relatives comes round tomorrow after work to put it together for me (sadly all my family work and none of them get to finish early on a Friday).
p.s i work full time as well hence the reason i can afford to buy a scooter otherwise i would be housebound

An issue developed with the brakes on my insta fold wheel chair. After a phone call to the insta fold help department it established that the brake unit needed to be changed.within 24 hours Martin had 2 brake assemblies were sent to my house by courier and the HDD engineer Gareth as planned arrived the next day, a further issue was found with the wheel the following day I received a call from Martin at Livewell advising me a replacement wheel was was on its way to my house the HDD engineer Stewart arrived the following day and resolved the issues. with the input from Martin at Livewell 24 hours later my wheel chair was up and running.I received great support and immediate actions taken by Livewell there was no stress and the service provided was second to none, I am thankful for a quality service thanks to the team

Okay with larger expensive items, mobility scooter etc but terrible at lower value items. Paid way too much for a spare key and still awaiting delivery. No response from CS after two days.

When my scooter developed a problem with the wheel bearing I was dealt with in a friendly and professional way, and when it was realised that the problem was on-going I was given a replacement scooter with an extended warranty of an additional 8 weeks. No complaints. Special mention for Martin and George from Customer Services who gave excellent service.

Really quick delivery easy order and product of wheel chair is great

Ordered my scooter at 2pm on Monday, by 11:00 on Tuesday morning it had been delivered. Could have asked for quicker service
