So I wrote a review about 8 days ago and received generic feedback asking me to reach out.. Like THEY ALWAYS DO. This is direct experience in the last 7 days since I reviewed. I played the big bass lure them in. To be very very very clear I played 3 days and exhausted my allowance. I got ZERO features with line wins I lost £219. I left it 2 days but came back. Lost my daily maximum. Again. NO FEATURES. Day 5. Which is today. I got a FEATURE. Now it's open to debate if I would have collected a feature if I had not have had extra £ football winnings to use. What I do know is this. I played 5 days. 4 days I got ZERO FEATURES. Not one. Day 5 I did. I got my incredible first feature after what £400, £500 that gave £13.20 ( it gave one fisherman in 10 spins). It then took all that £13 + and another deposit. But finally it knocked in (day 5) a full treble feature. Amen. All three boats. I got just under £39. Now to be clear this is for the maximum trigger available. That is akin to a single win. It to took the lot until...... I then got...wait wait.. Four boats in view... Four different boats. This could trigger not only all the bonuses but extra spins as well. I did not hit all the features. I've said this before something has happened. This WAS good platform. I tried 14.09 to discuss this with them. It is simply chat. AI first which is infuriating followed by agent which takes about the time Dinosaurs roamed. They do NOT ANSWER. Used to be very good, but they clearly got bought out or got paid to push sports that aren't football, like Baller League UK. And you cant block competitions from your viewing panel that you dont want to see, so your stuck with it. Baller League UK appears reallly high up the list too - it's quite funny really, like higher than some of europes biggest leagues. Nice one Livescore, sold your soul. Guess it's time to find another app then.

I contacted customer support to resolve the issue and initially spoke with an advisor named Sam. I found Sam’s attitude obstructive and unhelpful throughout the call. When I requested to speak with his line manager, I was challenged as to why I wanted to do so and was told that the manager would “tell me the same thing.” I only appeared to be allowed to escalate the matter after stating that I would email the company’s board of directors regarding my experience.

I was then transferred to Tim, whose handling of the situation was equally disappointing. Tim repeatedly stated that he “couldn’t do anything” and advised that he was communicating with the payments team in an attempt to resolve the issue. I asked whether he could call the payments team directly, but I was told this was not possible because they were overseas.

I also advised Tim that I wished to formally complain. He informed me that I could not email the board directly and must instead follow the company’s complaints process. However, when I then requested that he log a complaint on my behalf, I was told that he could not do this either, which was both confusing and unacceptable.

During the conversation, I also requested to speak with Tim’s manager, John. I was informed that John only worked business hours, specifically 9am–6pm. As it was not yet 5pm at the time of the call, I questioned why I could not be transferred or contacted by him, but this request was refused without proper explanation.

I further found Tim’s conduct inappropriate when he threatened to terminate the call without valid reason. At one stage, he also made comments implying he was “trying to help me out,” which I found patronising and unprofessional given the circumstances.

I have been a long-standing customer of LiveScore Bet and have spent a significant amount of money with your company over time. The manner in which this situation has been handled falls far below the standard of service I would expect from a regulated betting operator.

Jag har använt LiveScore i säkert 15 år som enda app för att kolla fotbollsresultat.
Appen har blivit sämre och sämre senaste åren med pushreklam som inte går att ta bort enkelt och droppen för mig var nu en widescreen video som går igång så fort man cruisar resultat och tabeller.
Jag blev så irriterad efter några timmar med widescreen videon att jag raderade appen och kommer aldrig använda den igen. Har laddat ned ett alternativ nu som förutom att inte ha pushreklam verkar mycket bättre.

Only good if you follow english football. Leagues and results are listed in order. All other leagues are all over the place, not very good if you follow Scottish football. You have to select all as favourites. Scot womens internationals mostly not listed, just england and wales from UK. Scot challenge cup games near bottom of the long list of games, even behind most of the games for the rest of rhe world. Tv listings not correct, for example. Dunfermline v Arbroath on BBC scotland but not listed. Many inconsistances. If you raise any questions they just ignore. However, good for english football esp premier league. Poor for anything else.

Awful company. Locked my account after I complained about not being able to cash out.

Livescore used to be a good site for following football but over the last few months its become almost impossible to use with big adverts covering most of the content and not easy to take down!

In spite of consistant feedback via the app, to the company, my app is filled with adult matter advertising. It's the only app that ads like this appears amongst the myriad of apps that I have so has nothing to do with my general settings. Yet the company refuses to investigate and ensure that inappropriate ads don't infiltrate the app

Since they included AI and adds the app is not more worth the shit anymore. Switched to SofaScore.

These are rubbish! Not only do they not offer any betting in running, but the crap site delays deposits going in, after you've tried to make one, meaning that if the start of a race is imminent, you're screwed. This happened today, in the first race at Wolverhampton, where the delay meant I missed my every day bet on the first favourite....and it won. I'm livid. I emailed them, but as usual, they just suggest a load of garbage about cookies, uninstalling the site and avoid admitting any responsibility, even though the account history backs up what I told them. Shysters.

Refused to credit me a ten euro bet that they should have after depositing and then come on here pretending like customer will do anything to help. I will never play with this crowd again

What a site... what a site. They pay your winnings in like an hour and im 14k up all paid straight away with zero hassle , great customer service and the site is incredably set out.
