Forced Order After Cancellation – Had to Fight to Stop Shipping and Charges
Subscription cancelled, but company still attempted to ship and charge an unauthorized order
I canceled my subscription with HOLOS, and they confirmed the cancellation. Despite this, they attempted to proceed with shipping an order and expected me to pay for it and accept delivery.
I clearly stated that the order was not authorized, that I would not accept delivery, and that I would not pay for it. Even after cancellation, I had to repeatedly insist that the order not be shipped and request confirmation that billing would be stopped.
Customers should not have to fight to prevent delivery and charges after a subscription is canceled. This experience felt like an attempt to push an order regardless of consent, and it caused unnecessary frustration and stress.
I would not recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
