I purchased a luxury goose down and feather mattress topper. Within 12 months it had split in 2 places where the stitching failed. There were feathers all over the place. I would avoid these poor q... Näytä lisää

I love Littens Duvets
I love Littens Duvets - just bought my second one.
A very well-made and natural duvet.
And does not smell - some feather duvets do - as I found out!

Amazing products
Your products are absolutely amazing however the packaging has let you down. I have already emailed separately to say that the parcel was split. It was all taped up and it still had a rip open which contained my delivery note which was on view

I like your pocket sprung pillows
I like your pocket sprung pillows, but would prefer them to be firmer and hold that firmness longer than they do, I would be happy to pay more than the pillows currant price for this. Yours is the only pillow I have been able to find with 56 metal springs in it.

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Product great, delivery not so good
Item as described and a replacement for the mattress topper I had previously bought from Littens. So I am happy with the product I bought. However I did not want next day delivery as I was not going to be home and it was due to rain. I booked 3-5 day delivery. But, it was delivered the next day. I appreciate that the company thinks it has overachieved, but, too early is just as poor service as too late.

Size
The size of this blanket in the description is 200*200, but in reality, it’s 190*190. Also, one of the stitching rows has come apart by about 20 cm.
