Littens Ltd Arvostelua 

Very disappointed. I bought 100% hungarian goose down duvet and I thought it was going to be great duvet but it's not. A lot of down leaks out of the duvet. Don't buy it.

As a new telephone customer, I received excellent informed answers to my questions.
Customer service agent was polite, friendly and, above all, very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in.
The order arrived the following day, securely packaged.
I am delighted with my new king sized 100% Hungarian down duvet. It is light, toasty-warm and exactly as I had wanted.
Will definitely use Littens again in the future.

Super quality and very quickly despatched

Next day free delivery of a super cosy goose down duvet. Really happy with it because it tucks around your body. Does make it hard to get out of bed though.

Good value eggbox mattress topper. It makes all the difference to our firm mattress which was causing us both wake up with hip pain

Poor quality pillow. A kind that you find for a tenner on groupon. Goes flat after 15 minutes. Has nothing to do with that luxury feeling of sinking while being supported - which feather & down chamber pillows are known for. It does have three chambers, but opening the seam proved there's no goose down inside, not even 10%, let alone advertised 50%, and there was just a few light brown (probably duck, not even goose) feathers in the outer chambers, which explains why it feels so weird. False product information. Poor value for money. My bad being naive and believing that one can find a decent quality three chamber feather & down pillow under 80 quid nowadays. Guess I'll have to fetch some goose down and fill those chambers myself to make it a properly functioning pillow.

Top quality product, delivered quickly and free postage!. Before ordering I used the customer support email and I got a very quick answer which helped me make my decision.

The quality of the goods was excellent. Fast hassle free service. They could do better by informing the customer which courier delivery service they have used given that sometimes scammers pretend they have a delivery for you

Lovely products and very swift delivery service. Listens also have a polite and helpful customer service team, where you do not have to wait for an eternity, when you telephone them.

Great duvet lovely and cosy only need the 9 tog as warm enough at present
Had this double version before lasted years this one better as has buttons and button holes to put together keeps it from sliding about
So much better than the synthetic ones as they breath

Lovely duvets that help me sleep better.

I have had several different togs of duvet from Littens for the different seasons. This latest order was delivered within 24 hrs of me ordering, great service. The quality and finish of all the duvets is superb and I like the fact that you can button them together for the extra warmth during those very cold snaps of weather and they are warm. My comments are about the pure goose down duvets.

I ordered a bean bag for my grandson and the delivery date was to be 24December .It didn’t come . Whilst I am tolerant and accept with the pressures of the time of year I was not too annoyed.
On 29 December I received an email asking for a review of the product , which I still had not received. I contacted Littens and received an email stating my order was cancelled and money refunded . I asked why and they stated that the item was not available due to demand - it was a beanbag which I would not have expected to be the most wanted gift this Christmas!
They had not been in touch until I contacted them which I feel extremely bad service.
Needless to say I will not order from them again nor recommend them to anyone.
The oayment is not yet refunded may I add
