Great company
Great company, product really competitive, however I placed a big timber order in March and found out I'd underestimated on decking planks by 4 off. I have re-ordered but have to wait 2 weeks for delivery. it's costing me £18 and I'm only 14 miles away. i get the delivery charge but having to wait 2 weeks when I'm so close, not good as want to get DIY job complete.

Hidden sub-standard panels
Ordered ten 6 x 6 Suffolk fence panels. Arrived on a pallet as arranged. No problem.
However, when the items were taken off the pallet two of the panels were badly split.
I suspect they were placed in the middle of the pack so that the customer hand no chance of inspecting them on delivery.
