Packaging and shipping are excellent. The headphones are good, but given the price, I wouldn't recommend them—though those who choose them will do so even without my recommendation.

After many orders from Linsoul I have yet to have an issue. And this most recent order was the same. Shipping from China to Australia was speedy, the package was securely packed, and it arrived in pristine condition. The price of the item was very competitive, and I am very happy with it.

Everything was smooth and silky

Everything was smooth and silky. I’ve bought a Salnotes Zero headphone, and it arrived in time, and I did not have to worry about taxes either. It seems like they took care of it, or they shipped from inside of EU. Thanks anyways! Saved me a lot of trouble.

KZ SK10

Faster delivery than expected with a high quality product. The KZ SK10s are amazing earbuds with the quality of IEMS they're such a good product. I'll be sure to recommend them to everyone looking for headphones

Great service

I haven't recurved the package yet but I can't complain, the service so far has been great. They got it out to the U.S in about a week and a half so I'm expecting my package soon

Simply Brilliant Service Every time

Every time I order from Linsoul the Posting is always Rapid and the service and updates before delivery are always impeccable to the UK.
Apart from the QKZ x HBB and Salnotes Zero IEM’s I ordered are simply Superb Sounding and would recommend Both without doubt considering the pair are both available for less than £40GBP.

Excellent products, weird customer service practices

My items from Linsoul arrived on time and the use of DHL over the joke that Fedex and UPS have become was much appreciated. However, my item went on discounted sale 3 days after my order was placed and I could not get support to come to any sort of agreement on honoring that new discount whether via store credit or a partial refund. This is something other Hi-Fi stores, such as Apos, will often do, so I was disappointed.

Excellent All Around

Overall, my experience has been great! I like to shop at Linsoul when I don't see the products I want on Amazon, and often I'll find a very satisfying deal or promotion here. The selection is pretty well curated - I always see highly recommended stuff for sale. Checkout is very easy and all my purchases have arrived on time.
