I ordered a specialized cable and after…

I ordered a specialized cable and after much delay, I checked the tracking and it saw it was delivered 2 hours earlier. I check the mailbox and nothing was delivered. This happens, so I reached out to their support and they said they will check it out. They responded that the carrier said it was delivered so its my problem to take up with the carrier. They advised me to write them a letter so they can get reimbursed. This should not become my responsibility to track down as I was not the one that engaged with the shipping company. I will stay far away from them in the future.

Had to pay 80% of the purchase price again for a manufacturing defect.

Purchased an iem as a gift, There was a manufacturing defect that was so widespread that the company even reached out to tell their fans that there was a manufacturing defect and that they should reach out to the company if the issue was present. I opened the gift to test it, and had the issue, but since it had been 7 days since I received the item, I was forced to pay $160 which is 80% of the product just to ship it back and get a replacement. On a normal product, I would understand, but when a manufacturer admits there is an issue, you should accept a return at face value. They also have you state the value of the return item is under $30 when shipping which seems a little sketchy to me.

All they want is your money, avoid.

They will charge you 35% of the items RRP for restocking (putting a thin layer of plastic around the earphone box) even if you open it briefly to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing (they even recommend taking a video of this proces, but it makes no difference). They will charge you for items returned in perfect condition. Severe lack of trust in the consumer. You have to pay for the return and 'restocking', you are liable for damaged/missing items, you are a fool to buy from this company.

Never again...

They sent me a faulty hi res dap 400£. After 2 weeks of emailing. They wanted me to pay for repair, post, covid cleaning etc. Never do business with them again!

7Hz Salnotes Zero

It is quite hard to have a worse experience than never receiving the product in the first place, and on top of that, there was no hope for a refund or replacement. I'll need to find a different online audio store in the future.
