Thanks for your feedback.
We’re sorry for any confusion caused. We’ve actually replied to all three of your emails this week, but it seems our messages may have gone to your promotions or junk folder — we’ve just resent them for your reference.
We also gave you a call this morning to confirm your order details. As discussed, two of your three mugs were dispatched right away, and the third had a longer lead time of up to three weeks when you placed your order. The good news is that the final item will be arriving earlier than expected and will arrive at our warehouse in the next day or two. Once we've received it, we will get your final item sent out immediately — you’ll receive a tracking email once it ships.

Poor quality, overpriced and badly packaged.
The website looks fantastic but my products arrived very poorly packaged and looked like they were from a sweatshop in China. Not very good quality at all and slightly chipped. I had bought the large head planter. Very over priced for what was delivered.

We’ve looked into your order and can see it was delivered over two weeks ago, and we hadn’t received any contact from you to let us know there was an issue. We do always ask that customers notify us upon delivery if an item arrives damaged or not as expected, so we can resolve it quickly.
A member of our team has reached out to you directly via email today to request photos and more information so that we can investigate further and put things right.
We’d also like to address your comment regarding the origin of our products. We take this matter extremely seriously — we only work with reputable suppliers who meet strict ethical and quality standards, and we carry out due diligence to ensure that none of our items are sourced from unethical or exploitative environments.
In terms of packaging, your order included four ceramic mugs and a large planter, which were securely overboxed in FSC-certified protective packaging to ensure safe transit.
We hope to hear back from you soon with the requested details so we can assist further.

The delivery was quick and the packing excellent…
The delivery was quicker than initially though and came amazingly well packed. I ordered a tulip vase. Whilst I have kept the vase I had thought it would be somewhat finer in the applications of the tulip heads and found the moulding of the tulip heads a little ‘crude’ consequence I was a bit disappointed however it is very colourful and takes up the space I intended it to.

Great bar sign
I saw this sign in a pub while on a night out so I took a photo of it and google search it and come across limited abode with the exactly the same one so order it straight away as its perfect for our new drinks cupboard made in our new conservatory its a great heavy sign with a funny suggestion we love it thank you delivery was excellent and packaged really well

Over priced basic mug
I bought the "Bougee B**ch" mug as a gift, it came wrapped in bubble wrap not in a box so looks abit naff as a gift. The quality is basic so for nearly £18 I dont think its great value for money.
Delivery was quick, but over priced.

Great Product and Service
I’m very pleased with my first purchase from Limited Abode. Great product, (monkey candle stick holders) excellent packaging and quality plus a good price.
I did have to wait a little while for my order to come into stock however, it was well worth the wait. I would recommend Limited Abode without reserve.
