Mike and Richard completed a fantastic job at getting us all connected on new Fibre broadband within our home they were very efficient

Jason - the engineer that came to site was fantastic. He arrived early to set everything up, was knowledgeable and personable. Was happy to set up how we wanted - even accommodating a few last minute changes!

We have been left with a working solution thanks to Jason! He was good fun as well which always helps for a Friday afternoon!

I have dealt with Lily Comms for several years, new phone systems, wifi, mobiles etc, and found the company excellent, WHY? because there is always someone available to talk to, should i have any problems, however to stand out members of staff Mathew Hawkins and Andrew Ayre are off the scale with regards help so a big thankyou, also there I.T. department whenever i have an issue are always on hand. Are Lilly the cheapest? or most expensive? i have no idea, time is money, problems need solving, answers are needed. That's why i keep my business with the Lilly Team 5 stars from us here at HP Fabric

I recently acquired another business and decided to switch our telephony service from the current provider to Lily Comms. The service I received throughout the entire process was outstanding.

From the outset, Euan, my account manager, handled all the arrangements seamlessly and made the transition incredibly straightforward. The engineer, Jason, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful during the installation.

The aftercare support was equally impressive. Benny went above and beyond to ensure that every change I required was completed before ending the call, which was greatly appreciated.

We recently worked with Chris Grimes at Lily Comms to deploy Claude Code within a Linux isolated environment across 10 users at DNASTREAM. It wasn't a straightforward implementation — there were real technical challenges along the way — but Chris handled every step with patience, diligence, and a methodical approach that gave us confidence throughout.

The rollout completed successfully and all 10 users are now up and running. Chris communicated clearly at each stage and never cut corners. Exactly the kind of support you want when you're dealing with a technically complex deployment.
