Lily and Bean Arvostelua 

I ordered a bag in June 25 and I am still waiting mid September 25. At first I accepted the long lead times, but after 3 months of delays, broken promises and vague replies, this has become the worst shopping experience for a bag I’ve ever had!!

Customer service always respond promptly but only to say the bag will be coming “soon” aldo that I will receive a free gift as an apology. I have no idea if this gift has any real value, and it does not make up for the fact that I still don’t have my bag or a full refund!

If a company cannot deliver within a reasonable time, they should be upfront about stock just say the bag is out of stock and offer a proper waiting list, not take customers’ money and keep stringing them along.

I feel misled and let down, and I would strongly advise others not to order from this company!

I was told my refund had been issued, then later told it couldn’t be processed because of a chargeback, which isn’t accurate. A chargeback doesn’t stop a refund, and I only raised it after weeks of false promises. The bag was discontinued and I never received either the item or my money. Really disappointing experience. Reporting to Trading Standards.

Really beautiful handbags, amazing quality and fast delivery

Brought an item, didn’t arrive after a month, contacted customer support. They agreed to cancel purchase and refund, 20 days later no refund, multiple emails sent and ignored. No choice just to leave a negative review and contact PayPal to retrieve funds

Lovely leather vanity case - customer service very helpful and expedited my order. Nice quality leather and hardware with some handy removable zip compartments - good value for money

I ordered beaded totes from Lily & Bean for my bridesmaids for my hen do and they are amazing!! I love them and so do my girls, would 100% recommend. I’ll be back soon to order the bridal beaded clutch!

I ordered a hettie and a canvas tote bag, and the bags were gorgeous!! The hettie took a while to come, but the customer service team was so helpful and tried their best to help. They even offered me a free gift for the delay, which came with my order and was so cute! I would definitely recommend the brand to anyone wanting a beautiful personalised bag! I will definitely be ordering again soon!!

Still waiting for my delivery which I wanted for my holiday and was supposed to be one week, is now over a month! Not even sure if I can cancel at this point?

Same experience as another reviewer. Absolutely zero indication as to lead times on the website. It's only after you have paid that you receive notification that these are a matter of weeks rather than the 2-4 business days which comes up for shipping at checkout. Totally misleading and exceptionally disappointing that the luggage and other items I have ordered (at not inconsiderable expense) will now not arrive in time for my holiday.

Worse than one star!! I ordered a bag over 2 months ago.. paid in full.. never received it and have asked for my money back but have received no answers.. this is a sham company.. don’t order !! You’ll never receive item and lose your money!!!

My children bought me a rainbow handbag embroidered with MOMMY for Mothers Day. One of the little rods connecting the bamboo handles fell off somewhere, so I couldn't use the bag since it had one handle. I contacted Lilly & Bean, customer service responded in 24 hours. I asked for a replacement part, that I would put together myself. The company apologized and then offered to send me another bag (the same one) free of charge. They said that was happened to my bag isn't how they wasn't how they want their bags represented. Customer Service was very nice. I'd definitely recommend Lily and Bean to a friend or buy a bag as a gift for someone.

I ordered bags in December last year. Bags were supposed to be shipped in January, however the shipment took place only in April (4 months delay).
I had multiple email exchanges with customer support during that time asking to cancel the order, as I did not need items with such a delay, however they refused to cancel order, so I had to wait to get shipment firstly and send it back.
I got shipment late April, bags had uneven stitching and smelled like plastic and glue. So I sent them back immediately, the bags were delivered back on 8th May. Today is 27th May and I'm still in touch with customer support to get the refund explaining the situation again and again and again. It's been 5 months of terrible shopping experience.

Ich habe eine Tasche mit Initialen bestellt, dann leider die komplett falschen Initialen erhalten! Ich habe seither ca. 10 Maiös und Fotos geschickt, doch bis heute keine Lösung ihrerseits erhalten! Die Dame hat mir dann sogar die Bestätigung geschickt, mit Kundendaten (nicht von mir) sonit hat sie selber bestätigt, dass es eine gröbere Verwechslung gab. Dies wird abgestritten bzw. hinausgezogen. Das ist absolut unprofessionell und ich rate euch ab, hier etwas zu kaufen.

High price for mediocre quality. But worst part is the wait. If you do order, expect to wait at least seven or eight weeks for bag to arrive.

I ordered a tote bag from this vendor based on the review of an influencer, biggest mistake ever. My order was on February 27, 2025 for $233. I have emailed and called this vendor several times. They promised to provide an update but never does. I am trying to get a refund. Trust pilot - PLEASE HELP!!

The delivery times are a lot longer than they say and I had to chase several times n what’s app, they did reply though, the item are nice I ordered two totes but they not brilliant quality they’re ok probably worth half the price tbh the good hardware is cheap looking and they are not robust,I wouldn’t order anything else but I’ll certainly use them

31.12.2024 made order. And never received. Today I have issued a refund process with paypal. Hope I can resolve it. I relied greatly on trustpilot reviews which were good at the time I have made an order, but now there is piling evidence of not delivering the purchases.

Ordered 3 items on 1/1/25. 2 received after 7 weeks. 1 item still missing and no communication.

I had placed an order on 1 February 2025 and got an email notification of delivery within 7 days. However it’s now 4 March 2025 and there’s no update on the status of my order.
Despite repeated emails back and forth I get the same responses of apologies and request for more time to solve the issue.
I am afraid I will not get my order and lose my money in the process.
Don’t waste your money!
