Although these are probably the most expensive lighting systems for Lego, as they say you get what you pay for. They are quite easy to install and the wiring is easy to hide. I have tried other lighting systems from another company but Light my Bricks are definitely the best.

Great product with simple buying process and packaging it very much ‘Lego’ quality. Simple to follow instructions and the end result is outstanding.

In more detail about the kits, the wires are flat so it’s really easy to hide the wires in the bricks, components are high quality plug and play with power distribution loop and lighting being on different connectors so it’s basically impossible to wire incorrectly - they have a simple expansion bits to buy extra light remote control options

I will be buying any more light kits from this company purely due to the quality of the components and expandable design.

I recently purchased the Titanic Light Kit 2.0 from Light My Bricks. While I’m genuinely happy with how the lights look once installed, I do feel the overall product is significantly overpriced.

At £199.99 for the Titanic kit, the Light Kit 2.0 simply doesn’t feel like good value for what you receive. I understand it was my choice to go with the more expensive option, but the components and presentation don’t justify the premium price tag in my opinion. It’s only a matter of time before other companies replicate a similar design and offer it at a more competitive price.

The biggest frustration was the installation process. The instructions for fitting the lights to the Titanic set are unclear and poorly presented. For a product at this price point, I expected detailed, easy-to-follow guidance, but instead, the process felt unnecessarily complicated. The packaging is also very minimal and doesn’t reflect the high-end positioning of the product.

To be fair, the lights themselves do work well and look fantastic once installed. However, considering the cost, unclear instructions, and basic packaging, I would think very carefully before purchasing from Light My Bricks again. I would have happily given a higher rating if the instructions were clearer and the price more competitive.

I have used LMB for light kits on Lego Titanic, Concorde and Back to the future Delorien, they all worked fine if a little tricky sometimes during installation.
Now I have built the Lego Eiffel Tower and having watched the LMB video looked forward to producing a fantastic centrepiece. Unfortunately the experience was a complete let down. The Lego set is unstable so installing the lights required great care. Having completed the installation only a small number of the lights actually worked. Customer service is poor to non- existent, being completely unfit for purpose. I have now taken the lights off the tower and completed the installation for a second time. Result? Even less of the lights now work. Expensive kits like this should work and the company should support the unfortunate people who believe their hype.

Really good product that brings the Lego to life. Quite tricky to assemble however the end product looks wonderful. Have purchased an additional set for another kit.

My order has gone missing but nobody is responding to my attempts at contact. The products are expensive compared to competitors and I expected this to be reflected in the levels of customer service.

To be honest the kit I got for my hogwarts Castle it says better when built un my opinion that's wrong, I am having so much trouble the instructions as have to scan code hmm which really doesn't explain much,I have physical disabilities so I'm trying to get it done but ... its too hard and not very explanatory. The code I downloaded only stays for 24hrs it's ridiculous to be honest . I wanted to light my castle but it's gonna take months as have to dismantle so much , this is not a good buy tbh

Excellent Lighting Components for Lego. Modular system, can be used in many different ways for Lego kits and MOC's. When a flux cable broke whilst being fixed to a model it was replaced FOC without issue. My kids want to light up all their models and it is adding an extra level to their builds. My 9 year is enjoying lighting up Lego Friends rooms. If only it was lower cost, but quality comes at a price.

Awesome product. Definitely adds huge value to my Rivendell set. That set deserves the light my bricks treatment.

Only 3 lights worked.No way to check them before the ship was taken apart then put back together.No instructions had to download them.

Not very happy

Really pleased with the quality of the lighting kit, although expensive the end result is really worth it and it takes a display set to a new level. Being able to power the lights from a standard USB (A or C) means a battery pack can be used allowing total freedom for positioning the set.

The actual construction was a little more challenging than I expected, but taking the time and having a little patience reaps it's own rewards.

I would definitely recommend this lighting set to anyone wanting to make the Christmas tree set more of a show piece, but be prepared to spend enough time to lay all the wires correctly to get the best effect

Company seems reliable and produces good quality products. My only criticism would be that as Christmas drew nearer I was afraid I would be without my present for my son as I waited so long and with no communication. Apparently some of the items were back ordered, but I did not know that and some concern was caused. Better communication please!

I was secret Santa to my son in law and this was on his wish list - order was promptly delivered and he was delighted !

A well thought out kit and clear installation instructions. The kit worked well with the LEGO build and were surprisingly bright. My only slight negative was that for the Artemis kit I would have liked more lights running up the launch tower.

LEGO® Sherlock Holmes: Book Nook #10351 DIY Light Bundle! was a fantastic accessory with the USB Power Bank (no visible cables now) to this set. It adds a new dimension when lit up on my shelf at night. I'll definitely consider purchasing other DIY Light Bundles in future. Very easy to assemble when you follow the YouTube videos that are very informative and easy to follow.
