Erica Santiago helped us with a unique need for a chair lift. The individual using the chair lift has a unique condition, and it requires a certain chair height for both top and bottom. Her collaborative effort speaking with us and working across her technical teams has given us confidence that this solution will work going forward.

The Technician John was very professional and guided me through all of the steps to further help me with the chair lift. Fixed the problem and checked all other components of the chair lift. Highly recommend

They did a quick and perfect job and I feel so much more secure knowing that my chairlift will be there for me as aging takes its toll.

The install crew was awesome. Our original installer called off, so the training class came out and did the Installation. It was a rainy, cold day and the installers took precautions to protect carpet and tile
The installation process was clean and the crew cleaned up afterwards.

This is a great company to work with. We rented the stair lift for six months after a family member’s surgery. It was invaluable, and I like the fact that we can rent it rather than get it permanently. The company comes when they say they were scheduled and if they are late, they call. The people who work for them are very pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them again if we needed them again, would give them more stars if I could.
