I took a polygraph with Mike yesterday to prove I was not lying to my partner. I honestly can't explain the weight thats been lifted off both of our shoulders and I can finally feel like myself again. I really can't thank Mike enough for putting me at ease with his understanding, non-judgemental and professional manner. Its clear Mike has been doing this for a long time, he explained everything properly and made sure I understood and was comfortable.. I didn't feel rushed or as anxious once meeting him and my results came later the same day.
If you want to get down to the truth so you can actually move on with your life and loved ones I would highly recommend contacting Mike and his team without waiting. I did my research and looked at numerous companies as I had fears about booking with a company that would say I failed or something just so id have to pay more money for another one or that the examiner would be unprofessional, but now..I feel like everything I've been saying for the past year has finally been heard and proved and its the best feeling ever. Everything from the start of this experience was dealt with compassionately, professionally and with understanding that this process can be nerve wracking for all parties involved. Unfortunately, I had been previously tested by a con man, who used an outdated system and techniques which are not supported by the UKPA (he is not a member of UKPA). After receiving incorrect test results, I sought help from the Lie Detector Teat company and everything was handled in the best way. Mike, the examiner, made himself available to me after his working hours, answering all the questions I had. He gave me the assurance I needed to retake the test with confidence. It was because of Mike and his processes that the correct test results are now known. I can’t thank him enough and would strongly encourage anyone needing this service to look no further.

I called to discuss my options and I was booked in within a few days to have my test.
On test day he was calming, talked through the test and didn’t rush me.

1st time I have had to have anything like this done so I was very nervous. But Mike wad brilliant and really calmed my nerves. He even drove from down south on a 4hr drive to thr north east to complete the test at Newcastle which I thought was amazing. Such a lovely man and really trustworthy.
