Really disappointing experience.
My husband purchased these LetsGetChecked kits a while ago and gave them as a gift … we intentionally held onto them because we planned to do them in connection with a milestone birthday.
When we finally went to use them, we learned they were expired. I contacted customer service hoping for a reasonable resolution in the form of a replacement kit, and instead got a hard NO on both a replacement kits or refund after waiting on hold for 23 minutes. Their position was essentially that too much time had passed. Which misses the point. We paid for a product that ultimately could not be used, and when we reached out in good faith, the company refused to stand behind it in any meaningful way. It’s frustrating to be left with unusable kits and zero effort of the company to make it right. ZeroStars!

The company did everything they said…
The company did everything they said they would, and did it very quickly. The only not -so-great is the collection process. It was difficult due to the of the amount of blood needed for my test and very tricky. Everything else was good.

So returned two tests to LGC
So returned two tests to LGC, after 3 days I have had no confirmation of shipping. Contacted LGC Support and this was escualted to the lab team, 15 days later still nothing. I have tried to call, both UK numbers and they line answers then call is dropped.
In the past these guys have been spot on with service, when things went wrong they sorted them.
This time they have failed at every step.

Easy, Quick, Not a Lot of Results
The test was easy. The results came quickly. Unfortunately, the results weren't as helpful as I had hoped. It seems it’s a no or maybe. Maybe I should not have expected more than that. But if you’re trying to just rule something out (with a no), it’s great.

False advertising. Only checked 4 hormones.
I paid a lot of money thinking I'd have so many hormones checked. In reality, this only checked 4 hormones and none of them were the important ones like progesterone or testosterone. Very falsely advertised. Don't waste your money like I did. Just find a functional medicine doctor near you and pay the same money to actually have hormones checked.

Mishandling the shipping
Mishandling the shipping, poor communication with follow up, failed to do what was communicated after a problem was brought to your attention. Poorly handled customer service and not expediting already very delayed results. In total an expedited testing kit and results will take 3 weeks from start to results because of numerous errors.

I ordered the at home biometric…
I ordered the at home biometric screening. After not receiving my results for 3 months I called them, sat on the phone for 30 minutes, and was told that my account wasn’t connected correctly and I’d have to redo the whole process. Terrible experience when my app tell me the test has been received at the lab.

You promise 2-5 business days to receive results. Mine took 11 business days (16 actual days) for the results to arrive. I would like a refund or at least a second test sent to me at your cost. This has caused my partner and I a great deal of strife as a result. Please do not disregard my disappointment.
