Haven’t had issues with the website. I wish there was a few more features with race registration. I had a question about picking up my race packet. My question was answered with what I needed to do. Overall, my experience was fine.

Because I thought the New Forest is flat, I signed up for a cycling event. It certainly is not, and I thought also it was cycling in the woodlands kind of atmosphere, rather than the roads.
However, because of all the beautiful nature that surrounds the whole event, it makes it a great experience, the lovely villages and all the animals that are free to roam around freely. That makes it great.
Thank you to all those who organised it and to all the Marshals who were there to guide and keep us safe.

I like that there are organizations like this that promote physical activity for better development both personally, as well as in society in general, so this helps to have a healthier and more productive country

Overall really good but don't use the Refundable add on unless you're willing to pay GP practice for medical evidence for minor injuries. Waste of money.

Tried to enter the ballot for my partner and me had nothing but problems. Complete form but when it comes to enter my details just keeps going back to start.

The website (specifically for Ragnar--other LDT sites may be great) is not good. A couple specific aspects:
1) When I wanted to find information or make changes, the options are either difficult to find or not on the website.
2) Navigation is a challenge. Most websites have menus that make it easy to go find what you're looking for, and go back to previous pages. That's not the case with this site. The website also opens new tabs when not necessary--it actually makes navigation substantially worse.

Why 2 stars instead of 1? Human customer service has been great, even though it's not fast (understandable! You have a lot of users).
