HORRIBLE customer service. I was told my flight was cancelled due to thunderstorms in Palma. My husband and I, in our 70’s, booked and paid for a non-refundable room for that very night it was already past 21;00. The plane was then given a go ahead to fly. I cancelled immediately, but management refused to refund my money. I KNEW that is was non-refundable, but in my years and years of travel, the hospitality industry usually knows the definition of the word HOSPITALITY. No compassion. I hope they enjoyed the money they would not refund, but as they say, “Karma’s a *****”

Unfortunately easyjet deleted our flight, we have change to arrive at Ibiza, we dont ask them a reimbursement but only an opportunity tu change the date of our booking.
Don't choose this hotel group they don't offer a service the think only to stolen money to unlucky person.

Leisure space undersized for the number of people. For example, it is difficult to find a sun lounger and even more difficult to find a parasol.

I stayed in the Leonardo hotel in Granada. The hotel was clean and tidy. My room was large and spotless. The air-conditioning worked well There was free WiFi and a safe
You pay a deposit for the safe key and when you return the key you get that deposit back. I had a snack in the hotel bar on the evening. The snack was priced reasonably and was very tasty. The waiter was excellent as were all the staff. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a very large selection to suit all tastes. The hotel price was good. I was going to the hospital so the hotel was within ideal walking distance. The metro system is about 500m away and the buses within 50m. I will be back again

He was wonderfully helpful, as were all your staff. Greatly located hotel, special effort for anniversary.

Matteo recommended 2 wonderful restaurants, helped with taxis etc..

Filepe also wonderful on the phone before our arrival.
