HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. I was told my flight was cancelled due to thunderstorms in Palma. My husband and I, in our 70’s, booked and paid for a non-refundable room for that very night it was already past 21;00. The plane was then given a go ahead to fly. I cancelled immediately, but management refused to refund my money. I KNEW that is was non-refundable, but in my years and years of travel, the hospitality industry usually knows the definition of the word HOSPITALITY. No compassion. I hope they enjoyed the money they would not refund, but as they say, “Karma’s a *****”
