The way Leonard Curtis have dealt with the ex-SVS shareholders has been criminal. It's been 8 months and I still have no access to over £30,000 of savings that I worked hard and sacrificed for.

Lc are total disgrace they should be invistigated
for nominating iti capital for svs clients.. not fit to do the job. Disgrace.

LC equally should be held responsible for the ongoing ITI Capital Fiasco that has not resolved.

Should of told the court only one broker left in the process, but is not appropriate then we would of had the choice of deciding where to go, rather than prolonging the inevitable which is for the money to be tied up again, and simply using ITI to transfer out anyway. Simply not about transferring out now, but also records, accuracy, missing dividends etc that has to be resolved.

This provides a healthy warning the second best/or the only remaining choice is not always the most appropriate solution therefore should not been approved.

I agree with everyone that LC made a huge mistake in going with ITI Capital who were way beyond dreadful. Happily I am now totally out, but only after a lot of pressure on them. However I called LC a lot and always found I got through quickly and they were always helpful and informative and gave me lots of information that was helpful in getting my assets removed from ITI.
ITI are the big culprits here. As I understand it LC had in the end only one broker left from their short list of brokers they started with. Hindsight being a wonderful thing, I think they set criteria that ruled out a lot of good brokers, because very few could handle ALL the types of client that SVS had; shares, ISA, FX and so on. In my view they should have done a lot more due diligence on ITI Capital than they did and maybe split up the SVS client base into more than one group, so regular share trading clients could go to one broker; FX to another and so on, rather than a one size fits all approach.

Leonard Curtis should be held responsible for transferring SVS Securities customers to ITI Capital who's customer service is non-existence. ITI Capital hardly respond to any communication and your issues hardly get resolved. Absolutely nightmare company to deal with to get anything done. I have now started a transfer process to another provider. God knows how long it would take.

Significant stress, anger and time has been spent by me to sort out the mess created by Leonard Curtis with their choice of broker to transfer all ex Svs clients. They were paid millions of pounds to transfer clients to a reputable, responsible broker. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case.

I haven't seen my assets in over a year and have just had to file a complaint with the financial ombudsman!
When I rang Leonard Curtis for help they refused to answer and told me to speak to a different company.

This company is an absolute disgrace. Tasked with handling the liquidation of a failed broker, they transferred millions of cash assets to a broker who is even worse. Collected a significant amount in fees for what? Created a big financial mess for me when I needed it least in life.

Absolute incompetence of a company. They have totally screwed up choosing ITI Capitial. Having transferred my shares and monies from SVS to ITI Capital I have not been able to access my shares and money. Now my shares and money have disappeared.

Leonard Curtis Business solutions are not embarrassed by their very large fees taken for transferring SVS accounts to that awful company ITI Capital. Lots of terrible reviews everywhere.

I held shares at SVS Securities plc. This company was placed in Special Administration on 5 August 2019 by Andrew Duncan, Andrew Poxon and Alex Cadwallader, of Leonard Curtis Recovery Ltd.

Leonard Curtis spent about a year selecting a suitable broker to whom SVS clients would be transferred. They received several million pounds for this work.

Of the 200 or so brokers available they picked a cowboy outfit, ITI Capital, who are unfit for purpose for many reasons (see elsewhere on Trustpilot). I have been attempting to transfer my shares from ITI to another broker since August 2020 but, due to inaction by ITI, as at 5 January 2021 they remain stuck at ITI.

Leonard Curtis failed miserably to perform any due diligence on ITI Capital. They failed miserably the former clients of SVS Securities. They pocketed millions and then washed their hands of a financial mess they helped to create.

Both ITI Capital and Leonard Curtis are INCOMPETENT.

Of less importance I note that Leonard Curtis have received, at the time of writing, 17 Trustpilot customer reviews ALL of which are 1 star. And yet Trustpilot allocate them an overall score of 1.7. Now that’s perverse.

The mess created by Leonard Curtis is nowhere near ending. Cash held by the selected "broker"- ITI Capital - is still not being released.
Until after the time of the submission of the Distribution Plan for final Court approval, Leonard Curtis had refused to reveal to ex SVS clients the identity of the new "broker". Thus said clients were obstructed from making any representations to the Court as regards their views on the suitability of ITI Capital for their assets.
All with the (ongoing) connivance of the FCA - supposedly a "regulator".

Leonard Curtis convinced the court that the best way for all clients to avoid trouble is to go with their chosen broker. Their chosen broker ITI Capital is a broker with a fraudulent history of conning clients. As a result I and many other investors are tens of 1000's of pounds out of pockets and still not have access to our holdings after 60 weeks and counting. Leonard Curtis should lose their license to practice.

Leonard Curtis were responsible for managing the transition of SVS client accounts and obtained £4 million in fees. They transferred SVS clients over to an incompetent Russian based firm called ITI. Leonard Curtis will have to answer for their involvement in this extremely poor and shoddy transition with many clients having no access to their money or shares in Oct 2020 despite Leonard Curtis intimating this would be completed in July 2020. Leonard Curtis have mismanaged the transition through their lack of ensuring basic due diligence and process in the selection of a new Broker. The misery for many ex SVS clients continues thanks to Leonard Curtis who have profited.

Leonard Curtis decided to use possibly the worst financial broker in the history of mankind. Most likely because of some shady dealings or backhand payments. There is no legitimate reason they would pick ITI, who are by far the most unprofessional and incompetent financial organisation ever. The whole process has been an absolute disgrance and Leonard Curtis should be avoided like the plague.

I am one of the SVS customers who found myself with this administrator. They selected a Russian based stockbroker, ITI to return my assets to me.
