Chad (Lending Valley) got back to me immediately and sourced two loans to get the amount I needed. He was very clear about the terms and what I needed to show to get approval. He hustled to make it happen. We repaid the loan and when it was done, it was done. This was CLEAN business... Look, no one likes to take a hard money loan, and if you do, make sure you understand it will be high interest and you will need to pay it back in full. Don’t do it if you can’t, it’s that simple. If you do need to do this, go directly to Lending Valley, avoid putting yourself on a random broker site - you will never stop receiving emails on lists that get sold over and over. Unfortunately, I had to experience this first-hand and I wish I had just gone to Lending Tree first. This is a real experience, I was given no preferential treatment or incentives to write this.
