Absolutely 100% Recommended.
Always a worry spending a lot of money on a secondhand phone, in this case, a Samsung S23 Plus. Needn't have worried, the phone was absolutely as new, not a mark....not even a fingerprint! What did impress me was the packaging. If you do purchase something from this wonderful company you will understand what I mean.....oh and the delivery was lightning quick. Very, very pleased.

Received the wrong colour and…
I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company through Backmarket as Backmarket's website is v unclear. This led to me receiving the wrong colour and "excellent" refurbishment had scratches on the side. But LecWorx handled the situation professionally and with v good customer service.

Hi Hannah,
We do apologise for the confusion. Unfortunately we do not have the ability to amend listings on BackMarket. We appreciate that if the colour listed does not match the manufacturer colour, it can be a little misleading to customers.
Nonetheless, we are pleased that you were satisfied with the customer service you received and hope to deal with you again in future.
