Vastaus yritykseltä Le Boat
Hi Hester,
We’re really sorry to hear that your experience was affected by the infrastructure around Vinkeveen. Unfortunately, the accessibility and public transport connections in the area are outside of our control, though we completely understand how that can make travel a bit challenging.
We do hope that once you were with Le Boat, you enjoyed your time on the water and had a great boating experience overall! If that was the case, we’d be so grateful if you might consider updating your rating — it would mean a lot to our team.
Warm regards,
Customer Service Team LeBoat
