Quick and easy procedure from start to finish. Car delivery on time and in perfect condition

This was my first time leasing a car, and I also opted to go for an EV, so I had a lot of questions. The service from LeaseCars4less was fantastic from start to finish.

Charlie from the sales team was absolutely brilliant. He clearly explained the whole leasing process, guided me through the order without being pushy at all, and provided plenty of options to help get the price down to where I was comfortable. Even after I placed the order, he was always happy to answer my questions and was incredibly responsive.

Later in the process, Katie and Treena, who handled the delivery, were also brilliant. They really went out of their way to arrange a delivery date that worked for me.

There was a slight issue with the car when it was delivered, but they were quick to get the dealer involved to rectify it immediately.

I genuinely can't fault this company at all and will definitely be using them for my next lease. Highly recommended!

Really excellent to deal with, helpful anf friendly

Really helpful, knowledgeable and approachable people. Felt I could ask anything and felt very supported

I’ve recently completed leasing a car for the second time through LeaseCars4Less. It was a very easy and straightforward process. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful and the leasing costs at the time were among the most competitive I could find. If there was any downside it was that the information in my online account wasn’t updated as frequently as it might have been but then I’d requested delivery of the new car to be delayed by a few weeks to align with the end of my existing lease agreement, so that could be the reason. Overall, I’m very pleased with the process and I would happily use LeaseCars 4Less again.

Ordered a Kia after spotting a good price on a comparison site and checking that the reviews looked ok. They were fab. The whole process was very efficient and they couldn’t do enough over the phone. Kayleigh was on hand the day of delivery to make sure it all went smoothly. Thank you!

Really easy process. Good advice when I had alot of questions.
Didn’t get pressured at any time.
Probably from the first conversation to delivery was maybe 3 weeks.
Would recommend.

Dealt with a chap called Mark who was excellent from start to finish.
I feel like I got an exceptional deal on my vehicle (when comparing to other leasing companies and vehicles of similar specification).

Application for finance and the process as a whole was very straight forwards and efficient.

From start to finish (delivery) the entire process took about 4 weeks and I was kept fully informed throughout.

Would definitely recommend.

Leasing the car was an easy process. Charlie and Treena were great to deal with and help me at every step.car arrived on time and was all we asked for

Everyone I dealt with was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful with all my queries.

Excellent communication. Support was there when needed. No hard sell. Recommended

First class service firstly from Charlie then Treena.
Understood my needs, then sorted everything out for me. Couldn't fault them in anyway!

Everything was great from start to finish. Kept in the loop through the entire process, choice of cars and the prices were great.
All the staff i dealt with were brilliant and friendly and got back to me straight away.

Made the whole process so very easy. No hesitation using these guys next time

Super helpful and wanted to check all aspects of the car were right for me before progressing. They weren't pushy like another lease firm I spoke to! Would recommend to anyone.

It all ran like clockwork right down to the delivery.
