Located in the historical city of Portsmouth since 2001. We have the pleasure of serving our customers in the busy Cascades Shopping Centre in Commercial Road. Whatever interest you might have in cameras, lenses, binoculars, telescopes or their associated accessories, we are here to help. We have a good range of astronomical telescopes in stock and also offer in-store sensor cleaning, firmware upgrades and image retrieval. We also enjoy dealing with your film camera needs, including a film processing service. With over 65 years' experience between our team of four staff, all of us have a passion for cameras, with a range of experiences of both photography and videography within them.

DSLR cameras are mystery to me, but took the plunge and bought used Canon DSLR, after good advice from LCE Portsmouth, they know what they are talking about with cameras.
Delivery very good.

Great service.

I spoke to two different people on the phone. Both were friendly and very helpful. My lens arrived the next day, suitably packaged and, exactly, on time. I will, definitely, deal with LCE again.

Excellent customer/sales service

Excellent customer/sales service. The item I purchased was as described, was fairly price and arrived next day.

I have purchased items from LCE on…

I have purchased items from LCE on numerous occasions and each time has been a positive experience. Items are well described, photos could be better (minor niggle) and prices are competitive. Communication is always good and delivery is always excellent. Highly recommended

I have purchased items from LCE both online and from my local store in Taunton staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and courteous the online process is simple and you are kept informed of progress. A pleasure to do business with.

Purchasing a monocular

I wanted a monocular to take on a cruise as I can't get on with a binocular. I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man who was very patient and listened to my requirements before offering sound advice. I made a purchase and I am very pleased.
I recommend the Portsmouth branch.
