Website is getting the law office great leads and the price is very affordable

Law pay is easy to use and the links for payment and options for payment plans are a great tool to increase case flow and payment of retainers and balances due

I like the ease of use. I think it is safe and user friendly.

This is the worst payment portal I've ever seen. As they proudly state, it's built for lawyers. I had to call (ca-ching$$$) just to figure out how to navigate. The card info is ok except it doesn't offer a clue how to enter dates. I had to guess 4 times before I got it and the incorrect prompt was still up. Finally, and most disconcerting, the payment wasn't credited to my own attorney. It went to LaCourse Law instead. I now have no record that I paid my bill.
If you're trying to make a payment to your lawyer do not use this service. Ask if they will accept something real, like zelle or PayPal.

Help desk/Support, great product

It is not truly Dockewise friendly. The integration needs improvement. As of right now, we can't schedule autopayments with anything but a debit/credit card. All other method payments do not really work well together with Lawpay.

LawPay does more than expected and I've enjoyed working with this company.

The level of customer service is simply outstanding, humans answer the phone quickly and actually care about answering your questions and helping you find solutions. In 2023 there are few businesses that provide even fair customer service, LawPay is world class! And no one paid me to say any of that.

I've had to call LawPay twice to get some guidance on different matters, and each time the customer service was top notch. I enjoy working with this company. They are easy to work with.

Lawpay has a trustworthy and innovative approach to provide payment services to law firms and their clients. The ability to provide links to firm clients for both invoice payments and separate trust accounts for retainers is most meaningful to help in our practice. I highly recommend!

I have used them since 2011 and processed millions of dollars without a problem.
I had an issue and they fixed it immediately.
I have now a renewed confidence and satisfaction with this great company.

It would be great if all transactions made with my link appeared on my dashboard. But its only show on my admin dashboard.

There are two annoying things about Lawpay. First because I access my account from a couple different computers/phones, it seems like I am continuously having to validate my account. Every 30 days seems a bit much (my old card processor didn't do that). Second, when I'm using my phone to send a "quick bill", I go to lawpay.com but there's no login from that screen. I just spent a minute poking around looking for it. Then, of course, I have to revalidate my phone and wait for the email. So 5 minutes rather than 30 seconds...On the plus side it's a good payment processor so hopefully they'll take my suggestions constructively.

The wait time between receiving my money and the distribution is too long.

I don't feel like your sales staff was honest upfront. We didn't understand that basically every card is specialty card now a days and the fact we can't charge the client for using a debit card. It felt like we were promised so much more than you delivered. Whenever I spoke to someone about my issues they explained it well after but nothing was explained well upfront.

Law Pay is so much better than Pay Pal! This platform is made for attorneys and respects the contractual nature of our job. In addition, there is a loan option clients may apply for.
