Delighted by the quality and the price but unfortunately the trousers were on the small side so have to send them back. I have bought so many size 24 from many retailers but have problems with sizing on Lavitta.

I love your skirts, dresses and cardigans but stock on skirts in particular always seems to be low. I would like to buy but can't!

I have shopped online now for over a year and am delighted with service and quality of products.
No problem returning and money paid back into account very quickly. Their no quibble returns policy is excellent.

Had to return a skirt due to quality being poor. Refund policy is up to 14 working days. Received my parcel on 2 Oct and refund not due until 20 Oct - pretty poor show. Answer is their terms and conditions. OK to order if you don't plan on sending anything back!

Will not be using again.

Generous sizing - my usual 18 was much better as a 16.
Returns too much hassle to do through Post Office,; too many web pages for downloading a label. In the end, I paid! Why can't they just include a returns label in the delivery note, especially when you order two for choice of size?

I have bought skirts cardigans jumpers blouses and now a coat from Lavitta this year and am thrilled at the quality and value. I also appreciate the points I get which build up and give that extra bit of saving..Thank You.. I look forward to new additions and will continue to buy most of my clothes from you..
