Had engineer out today Matt bray he came to the call out straight away , phoned me to let me know he was attending before which was helpful, when he arrived he was very friendly and went to fix the machine another 2 machines was broke at the time which he fix while on-site too a brilliant experience

We recently had a Lavazza coffee machine instant our work place.
Unfortunately the install wasn't as straight forward as hoped but the engineer Marc went above and beyond to ensure this machine was up and running.
He also gave helpful advice if we run into any issues.
Marc is a real credit to Lavazza.

This is a review written by a user of a vending machine who lost 50p on a purchase. I contacted the assistance address attached to the machine.
GOOD: the money was refunded into my account within 9 days of my original complaint.
BAD: I accept you need to be satisfied a claim is genuine. Leaving aside the initial response to my original email, I was asked for additional information in a further 2 emails. Could this not have been captured in the first email that sought information?
VERY BAD: You only offer a very greedy 0870 number to contact the company - it suggests you want to deter people seeking refunds as the call charges will be much greater than the potential original loss. Not great customer service I suggest.
I will continue to use the machines, but like on this occasion, only with a card so I have evidence I paid (along with a pic of a ‘buffering’ machine display.)

Really happy since the change from our old supplier. The change over process was made very simple by our account manager Steve Crane. He keeps us up to date with the drinks performance and always comes with exciting new items! Pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely fabulous Company to deal with. They are always happy to help our Company with up to date machines and nothing is ever any trouble to them, highly recommend 10/10

Recently, I switched my hotel's coffee machine provider to Lavazza after 16 years with Tchibo.

The decline in Tchibo's customer service led me to seek a change.

Lavazza Pro's online process was seamless, and I was promptly contacted by Aamina.

The new machine was installed within two weeks of signing up, and Aamina addressed all my queries the same day I raised them.

The machine has been a hit with everyone(customers and staff), producing drinks quickly and minimizing queues.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied up to this point with Lavazza's product, pricing, and service.

Gary who installed and trained me on our new machines, was kind, helpful very patient. He even came to check up on me to make sure I was ok with the new machines.I had a few hiccups but he reassured me, that I was not to worry, and he would be back Monday to go through the training again.

Unresolved issues with visa payments. I have a coffee capsule subscription, really love Lavazza coffee, however there have been issues for months now processing my payment card for my rolling subscription. Despite updating the details on the website several times and frequently speaking to customer services ( who are always very helpful), the issue is unresolved. It is becoming tiresome so have cancelled my subscription today and will purchase a different brand of coffee machine instead

Lavazza coffee machine fault - rare occurrence. Engineer - Bob, attended site. Serviced machine, replaced worn parts. Also updated software and ensured all set up properly. Explained exactly what happened and gave us few pointers to ensure we get best from machine. Great service.

Ho acquistato la macchinetta del caffè Lavazza Voicy su Amazon con grande entusiasmo a giugno 2023, attratto dalla sua funzionalità di integrazione con Amazon Alexa. Tuttavia, dopo circa sei mesi di utilizzo, sono profondamente deluso dalla mia esperienza.

Il primo problema è emerso quando la macchinetta ha perso il collegamento con Alexa, questo 2 mesi dopo. Nonostante vari tentativi da parte mia, sono riuscito a ristabilire la connessione, ma il problema si è ripresentato dopo qualche settimana. A quel punto, ho deciso di chiamare il numero verde di Lavazza per ottenere assistenza. Purtroppo, la chiamata si è protratta per circa 50 minuti, e non siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema. Da allora sono trascorse circa due settimane, e non ho ancora ricevuto alcuna comunicazione da parte di Lavazza per quanto riguarda la possibile sostituzione della macchina o una soluzione definitiva al problema.

Un altro difetto significativo che ho riscontrato è la perdita eccessiva di acqua dopo l'erogazione del caffè. Il cestino di raccolta si riempie in modo eccessivo, rendendo la pulizia e il mantenimento della macchinetta un compito fastidioso.

Sono molto deluso dalla Lavazza Voicy e carente supporto post-vendita che ho ricevuto. Speravo di avere una macchinetta del caffè di alta qualità con funzionalità innovative, ma finora la mia esperienza è stata deludente. Aggiornerò questa recensione se dovessero esserci sviluppi positivi o negativi in futuro.

Worst thing that i ever seen it…. One machine took 50p no refund other took 1.10£ no refund… !!! Absolute scam….

We've been dealing with Oliver from the Lavazza professional team, which was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I can say that Oliver and his dedicated service were part of our decision to sign with Lavazza.

Had a Flavia machine installed in our clinic. The machine is great but the service from Natalie was superb throughout.

We have just had a Lavazza Flavia machine put into our showroom, the process from start to finish couldn’t have gone any smoother and that’s all thanks to Natalie and the team. The feedback on the taste of the coffee has been superb so thanks again Natalie 👍🏼

I am writing this review to share my abysmal experience with the Lavazza coffee machine that we purchased for our office. Unfortunately, this machine has proven to be nothing but a constant headache since the day we brought it in. The multiple breakdowns we have encountered and the complete lack of support from Lavazza's sales representative & account manager have left us frustrated and deeply disappointed.

Within less than a year of owning this Lavazza coffee machine, it has malfunctioned numerous times. Despite multiple site visits, the machine's reliability is utterly questionable, and its performance has been nothing short of abysmal. Not only have these breakdowns disrupted our office's daily operations, but they have also resulted in significant financial losses for our business.

To make matters worse, the lack of responsiveness and accountability from our assigned sales representative at Lavazza is absolutely unacceptable. Despite multiple attempts to reach out for assistance and explanation, we have been met with complete silence. Our calls have gone unanswered and our emails left unacknowledged. It appears that once they made the sale, they were more than willing to wash their hands of any further responsibility.

We expected much better from a reputed brand like Lavazza. The absence of customer support and the unwillingness to address our concerns and provide a solution is incredibly disheartening. It is evident that Lavazza prioritizes its sales figures over customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a result of this ongoing ordeal, we have been forced to seek alternative options for our office coffee needs. We refuse to invest any more time and money into a product and a company that fails to deliver on its promises and lacks the basic courtesy to respond to its customers.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing a Lavazza coffee machine for your office or any other purpose. The machine's poor reliability, the lack of assistance from the sales representative, and the overall disregard for customer satisfaction make this a regrettable and frustrating experience. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and financial loss by exploring more reliable and customer-oriented options in the market.

Natalie - our sales person has been fantastic, supportive and responsive since first contact - nothing to much trouble, Mark O'Neil also fab - we had some issues upon initial installations of machines, he worked tirelessly to get us up and working and made sure he was in touch to check things were being escalated when out of his hands. flawless service all round
