I bought two Ludchurch Table Lamps (with shades) from a lighting shop and I am really pleased with them.
They are very good quality and look great on our bedside tables.
Happy to recommend.

I purchased a pair of Laura Ashley Straighteners and they dont do the job at all. I have used many different ones i the past even own brands such as Boits do a better job. It is very disapointing. I have only used them a few times and have only just decided to air my views.

I purchased a coffee table in less than six months the hinge broke off. I corresponded with Laura Ashley and they referred me to buying a new piece. There was no sort of warrant. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service, and the poor craftsmanship of the coffee table. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this place.

Went to visit the Laura Ashley in Next. Quality of the display furniture was cheap for something that cost over £600 the wardrobe looked great but felt cheap was flimsy. The drawers came all the way out and a hassle to put back in same with the drawers on the dressing table. The dressing table mirror itself was £225 and it’s unfinished on the back of the mirrors. It’s frustrating when a brand charges extortionate prices for cheap quality.

Purchased a Laura Ashley mattress. Was ok for about a week! Then complete sunk on one side. The plush pillow top is now completely flat! Worse mattress I have ever seen. Such bad quality. I’m now suffering with bad back due to the huge dip that’s now in the mattress. Please is you are thinking of buying a Laura Ashley emsworth mattress. DONT! Worst purchase I have ever made! It’s looks amazing on first sight but will sink within weeks. And the 10 year guarantee on it means absolutely nothing as I have since found out. Absolutely awful purchase

I am very saddened and disappointed with my Laura Ashley kettle purchased from Kitchen Warehouse in Perth, Australia. The product is not worth purchasing for the price one pays. I purchased the Elveden 1.7L in white and within 6 weeks returned it as the lid began rusting and it sounded as if it was going to explode when boiling. Replaced it for the blue kettle( as I love the prints). That too got returned as the silver on piece for switching on the kettle began peeling. I have now taken the China Rose kettle in the hope that I might have better luck. Every piece of the Elveden we checked had scratches or paint peeling. Therefore, we took the China Rose. Not too sure as this morning the silver plastic on the handle sounds it may not last long. Why is plastic being used. When one pays so much for a kettle, and from a renowned brand, one expects quality. If this starts playing, I will return and purchase a SMEG. I have quite a few Made in Italy products which are lasting. Very disappointed customer. All action taken has been recorded with the Malaga branch in Perth WA.

Bought a lovely alarm clock from Laura Ashley 4 years ago, and still works now! Lovely quality, and well worth £22!

Purchased panties and the crotch piece came off all except for back as the sides and front look like they were glued on. In all my life I have never had this piece separate from the pantie. I’m talking the pocket thing ladies. Unbelievable!

I purchased a Laura Ashley comforter set a couple months ago. It ripped and they will not refund me. I loved the pattern, it was exactly what I had been looking for. Unfortunately, the quality is terrible.

Invested in a beautiful 3 seater couch & 1.5 matching seater. Mink velvet. Now only 4 years old & every single cushion is completely flattened, lumped & looks & feels horrendous. They were only ever used during the evenings, as they're only 3 adults in the house. Am devastated, 4,000 euro wasted, all because I believed Laura Ashley sold quality! NOT SO.

I bought a shoe cabinet now over a year ago. Within 6 months, with minimal use, the rocking mechanism in the drawer snapped. I contacted customer care to see if they would send out a new mechanism but have had no reply. 7 months later I contacted them again but still absolutely nothing!!! I find the show cabinet itself lovely to look at but for the price shouldn't be falling to pieces within the first year!!!

Bought Laura Ashley Parterre Quilt cover set costing £85. Washed ready to use and was very dissappointed with the quality. Looks very cheap and permanently looks creased. Is made of slippery fabric so duvet slips down all the time therefore no warmth in the neck area. Have Dunelm quilt covers for other beds and they are far superior. Used to buy a lot of various goods when L A had retail shops but can't believe the shoddy quality of my latest purchase which will be my last from them.

I recently bought a bottle of EMMA perfume for my daughter as I had it when I was younger.
It arrived and was a completely different smell.
My mum also agreed with me.
It used to smell light and floral but now smells like cherryade.
Revolting.
How can a perfume with a name change its smell?

Chanel No 5 always smells the same
All the Chanel fragrances.
Georgio Armani, the same
Anais anais the same
All the men’s eau du colognes the same.

I WON’T BE BUYING ANYTHING FROM LAURA ASHLEY AGAIN!

Laura Ashley recently sent me one of their size O dresses when I ordered a size 2. They wouldn't exchange for me but returned the size 0 minus $30 odd dollars for shipping and handling.

Laura Ashley charged me $30 plus dollars for their mistake.

They are also rude. While I like the product, I can't afford to shop at a place that charges me for their mistakes.

I'm disgusted.

I bought a Laura Ashley quilt set on Amazon. I paid 230$. I never used it to sleep in it, was just for decoration. After 5 weeks of simply putting it on and off the bed, no washing or anything else, it ripped at one of the sewn points for a 10 cm or so. I am 80 years old and live alone. Nothing happened to the quilt to justify such a defect. Only an extreme low quality of the product...I contacted the company and after 14 (!) emails of nonsense, their solution was to send back the item for inspection and if it will be decided it was a manufacturing issue, then they will replace it. As an honest user, lured by the beautiful pictures of bedding posted on Amazon,I find all this situation ridiculous: staying with no quilt for the time it will take them to get it back, inspect it, sending hopefully another one...having to stress and waste time with 14 emails...all this after paying 230 $ for what I thought it's a good brand product. DO NOT BUY from LAURA ASHLEY!

I bought a sofa and armchair in 2019 and paid around £2,200. One of the cushions had broken zip and they did send me a replacement cover. It is only in the last 18 months that I have started to use the room were the sofa is kept. After 18 months using the furniture the cushions have lost their shape even when they are regulary plumped up. I have only just discovered that they are not down cushions which is what I ordered. It looks awful. I only discoverd they went bust when I went to complain and to try and get replacement cushions. I have an Ikea sofa which still looks good as new and it is 8 years old and it was a fraction of the price. What a disgrace you are Laura Ashley!!!

Acheté sur showroomprivé le sac est de mauvaise qualité la sangle s'est décrochée en 2 jours et ce n'est pas du cuir. Je suis très déçue de mon achat.

I like the fabric designs, quite pricey but looks good

J’ai acheté deux sacs et un compagnon de la marque Laura Ashley sur showroomprive.com il y a un mois. Je les ai reçus hier soir et je suis extrêmement déçue (et encore, je pèse mes mots). Les sacs étaient présentés sur le site comme étant en CUIR, or ceci était mensonger. Les sacs sont en réalité en polyester, fabriqués en Turquie et ils dégagent une très forte odeur de plastique désagréable. Les finitions sont très mal réalisées, il y a plein de fils qui dépassent des coutures, la matière n’a pas l’air résistante et elle sent très fort.

Sur showroomprivé, les sacs étaient vendus entre 50e et 300e (hors promo), autant dire qu’à ce prix-là, c’est CENSÉ être de bonne qualité. En y repensant, c’est sans doute une politique adoptée par showroomprivé pour pousser à la consommation. Le fait d’afficher des prix gonflés puis des prix promotionnels avec 50% de réduction, cela donne forcément envie d’acheter….

Étants une grande consommatrice de la marque Longchamp, je m’attendais à recevoir des sacs de qualité semblable. PAS DU TOUT ! Les sacs sont livrés sont livrés sans pochon de protection....

Je suis déçue de showroomprivé mais aussi de moi-même : j’aurai dû me renseigner sur la marque Laura Ashley, qui ne possède aucun site internet (et donc aucune visibilité, SAV ou service de communication). Je me méfie de showroomprivé et des informations fournies sur les produits proposés à la vente ! Je souhaite ne plus consommer sur ce site de vente privée dorénavant.

Cependant, les sacs sont tout de même "esthétiquement jolis" et je compte les porter et ainsi voir leur qualité, resistants et s’ils vont durer dans le temps.....Je ne me fait pas d'idée à ce sujet. J'ai mis deux étoiles, à voir si cela change.
