I have been using Laundry Republic for over a decade now. I can't recommend them highly enough: excellent standard of service, convenient locations, always punctual, very flexible and client-friendly. My go-to place.

I sent Laundry Republic a bunch of shirts to be washed and pressed. One of the white ones was returned pink and full of stains. I complained, and they asked me to send it back so they could "investigate what happened."

After 2–3 weeks with no communication, I finally got an email saying they had “got rid” of the pink shade and were giving me £20 credit as an apology. The shirt still came back pink, now damaged from all the chemicals they clearly applied. £20 credit is insulting when the shirt cost over £100 — and I have no intention of ever using their service again.

They charge premium prices, take much longer than competitors to return orders (unless you pay an extra £10–15 for “priority”), and clearly have no quality control in place — not even to spot an obvious issue like this upfront or offer proper compensation when they ruin an item. Avoid.

Sometimes the Laundry doesn't always arrive together for the whole team.
But when it does arrive its always very smartly done.

For the sake of fairness, I wanted to say that the team at LR has demonstrated their ability and willingness to get to the bottom of a complicated situation and track/locate the clothing items which (due to what looks like a pure chance) have been misplaced and keep me updated on the progress, I appreciate it. As regards the dry cleaning service at LR, it has always been excellent.
