Terrible T's & C's

This companies T's and C's are onerous and highly unequitable in English law.

Our company wanted to move an appointment at their premises, with 4 working days notice, having only booked the service 1 working day prior.

We were informed we would have to pay for the appointment in full regardless, then re-book and pay in full again. I note in their terms and conditions they can cancel 'for convenience'.

Terrible T's and C's. Find a company with more flexibility and customer friendly trading practices.
