Although polite and friendly it can be very difficult to get of a singular person to deal with an enquiry and make a booking. After phone calls trying to make a HAVs Tier 4 assessment I was repeatedly told someone would phone me back - no one did. When my query was finally answered each email passed me on to another colleague who only replied after chasing to then pass me on again.

Staff were Very helpful and accommodating with the bespoke medical that is required by my company. Very quick to get me booked in with the required appointments. Would highly recommend.

The level of customer service and reaction to issues has significantly gone backward based on previous years experiences. The specialist who attend site to conduct the health surveillance are very good, its the head office interaction and lack of pro-activity that has declined sorry to say. The data has not been loaded onto the Yodha portal from a visit two weeks earlier is just one example. Referrals not be communicated to us the client is another example. Looking for other suppliers after this years health surveillance.

Very efficient in confirmation and availability in bookings as well as receiving the certificate in a timely manor.

Excellent straight forward process

The process of now trying to arrange dates and book people in to appointments is in comparison to going directly through our OH provider is excessively complex and time consuming.
In comparison to other local OH providers your prices are now double what they are.
We had a random drug and alcohol test set up for two employees per month, it worked well the practice would ring me with two random names, this now seems to have stopped. when I emailed to ask why, you wanted me to give you times and dates!! That's not a random test. Overall the previous arrangement of going direct was far easier, quicker and less painful. This new (or at least to me) process is not a pleasant experience.

Quick and easy

Sent an employee from Wolverhampton to Birmingham for no one to be onsite. I called OHP and left several messages as I was worried he would miss appointment. Someone called me back to inform me that the Dr had issues with car and was not onsite. This was 3:15pm, very poor poor service. I want to escalate to management. We sped an awful lot of money with yourselves, this is unprofessional. Yet quick to charge is employee misses appointment by accident.

Fantastic service and very thorough

Great service setting up the appointment, not so great on arrival, no one present to greet and not clear on where in the building you should go.
Not the first time we have had to make a phone call to clarify is anyone from Latus present or where to go within the building.

We had Gary Cooper and the team come out to us to do our annual medicals.
As always with a big company, things don't always go to plan, but from the Get go, the communication was brilliant and made the process so smooth. We managed to get 163 medicals in within 3 weeks which is impressive.
We will continue to use Gary and Latus for any further medicals we require.
