Last Night of Freedom (LNOF) Arvostelua

I made a last minute order for a gift. The design was superb but sadly the application left some bubbles in the print so I couldn't use it. From the second I contacted the team, I was incredibly impressed with their level of customer service to resolve my issue. Customer service was superb, absolutely top tier, cannot fault.

Very easy to navigate, timescales were accurate. Quality product, would definitely use again.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!!poor customer service from some guy called Will ordered 300 quids worth of clothing for a stag that only 1 shirt arrived and 13 or so never turned up all they do is blame royal mail...not helpful in the slightest wouldnt issue refund had to go through legal options avoid at all cost these lot are terrible keep your money for something better.

What a great Hen weekend we had for my Sis in Newcastle! Billie and the team at LNOF were amazing! From the very start of the booking they were so helpful. The whole hen weekend ran like an absolute dream,no issues at all. They really take the stress out of trying to sort everything yourself. There were 19 of us for the main weekend and 4 more joined us on the Sat making it a group of 23. The hotel was perfect and smack bang in the middle of Newcastle with all out activity’s within walking distance. Highly recommend LNOF! No question was too much and they were quick to reply. Thanks again for a great weekend! Amy xXx

The girls were great, everything was easy any issues or changes were resolved straight away. Really good.

Simple, easy to design, took me 5mins and job done

I was kept up to date with dispatch information and the sneak peak of the product. Amazing quality and perfect gift for my brothers 40th birthday.

Great stock, super communication and speedy delivery, thank you guys!

Quick and simply booking, quickly get back to your emails, Had to phone up while out on the stag do on the weekend sorted within in 3 minutes. Highly recommended

Proof sent promptly, then actual glass., very pleased. Exactly aa described.

Great t shirts and great service, will use again and recommend 👍🏻

Was really slick and really delivered for the stag, takes alot of the pressure out of being a best man and all the wrangling you have to do.

Have to say it was fantastic. Thank you Krakow!! As best man I was so stressed about this trip and was going into the unknown booking this way. But, LNOF came up trumps from the booking right through to the transfer going home. Everything went so smoothly while on the trip. Great communication, everything on time and the two events, Go Karting and Brewery meal were top tier. Hotel was way better than expected, modern, clean and everything expected from a trip like this. The Stag was over the moon with his weekend and I can now rest easy. I would like to give a big shout out to Victoria who looked after us while on the events. It must be so difficult to be there with a group of beer swilling lads and stay so professional. Thank you Victoria!

Very good company Jade and Katie were very helpful in helping me out with my friends stag. Step by step process was easy and done in a old school way interacting on the phone.

Easy to use quick responses from team lots of choice

Just a fantastic experience. The people involved were incredible and made sure we all had the best time!

Experience was straightforward, options were given in personalisation. Very fun to make.

If I could put 11 out of 10 I would, last night if freedom accepted my request of a late late order. I planned my groom to bed stag do but left it to the last minute to get shirts, 4 days prior. I ordered the shirts and emailed to ask if they would do everything possible to get me the shirts in time. The response was polite and expressed that I could rest easy knowing that they would indeed arrive on time. This put me massively at ease as the stag members were taking the mick saying I left it to late and they wouldn’t come, guess who was laughing at the end of it. Will deffo use LNOF again.

Good communication and even though a little more expensive than other sites, felt reassured of uk distributor and got quick delivery. Loved our Hawaiian custom shirts, great surprise for dad’s 80th!

I ordered 20 shirts for a stag doo. I designed them in the website with the prototypes, getting ideas etc found the right one I wanted, Placed order, they emailed me to confirm, literally a week later they arrived, excellent customer service, excellent price. Excellent quality. Can’t fault anything really am happy with the purchase. This will be one stag to remember when it happens. Thank you for everything appreciate it all
