Lashify Arvostelua

The concierge dept are always incredibly helpful, they take time to reply to all my questions (and I usually have a lot). Logan was superb, took the time to patiently answer my queries regarding memberships. Excellent customer service!!

Very helpful with a product exchange!! Love my Lashify!!

Lashify has the very best team! Their lashes and customer are 2nd to none! Don't settle for a copy cat when the original and best is affordable!

Thank you so much! This is the best and easiest subscription cancellation I have ever experienced! 10 out of 10!

I was able to email and receive a response quickly. The Concierge, S.E. was so kind and helpful.

Fast and easy

I needed help with my delivery and Logan helped me so fast n got my concerns taken care of ASAP. Got me to the right link also

Lashify customer service is absolutely the best! My order was badly damaged and missing several items when it arrived. They were able to get me replacements shipped right away and were so kind! I got the order protection so everything was covered. I highly recommend Lashify and order protection. It was 100% worth it!

Thank you so much for getting my order taken care of! I can't wait to get it and try everything out!!!

Logan and Junior H were very helpful in making my exchange. Who knew that Whisper Light could freeze and the adhesive compound could change and basically “dry-out?” Solution was sending another product, and for me, next year, I’ll stock up before winter hits. Love the chat technology.

Lashify is amazing! It starts with Sahara and encompasses every other person related to the company! Thank you!!!

My order got delayed shipping out-sat there for couple weeks and during that time they offered at 27% sale, so I requested to get the sale price and they did not oblige.

The issue I was having was handled very professionally and quickly. So pleased with the customer service I recieved and an amazing company.

Lashify has not only great products but a wonderful team of people. This brand makes you feel like you are a part of the company through their engagement, the CEO is the queen of engaging her customers. This sentiment around customer experience notably flows down through the company. Their concierge team is best in class, the trainers are relatable and full of knowledge. The product brings you in but the team behind the product knows how to make a customer for life.

The value and what they provide is truly world class. I hope they keep it up! Concierge is amazing. The shipping is amazing — do not get the eco friendly shipping cuz you will get it stolen🤣 Lashify 4 ever

Lashify is an amazing female-led company. The customer service is top notch and the products innovative and of high quality. I cannot recommend it enough for boosting your confidence! And I really appreciate encouraging an inspiring female CEO. This is a rare type of company.

Great product. I have lots of fun trying the different lash styles. It does take a few tries to learn what works for you and what doesn’t but once you figure it out it becomes an addiction. If you think it’s too expensive, be on the look out for a sale and stock up (they are really good quality, that’s why they are at the higher price point) And the membership is actually a really good deal. I am not a bot or an influencer, I’m just a regular person who loves the product and also reads reviews lol.

I’ve been using Lashify nonstop since I discovered them 4 years ago!!! Understandably, in that time I’ve had a few of lost packages, shipping address errors, etc. No matter what the situation, their concierge is always friendly, helpful, and accomplishes whatever I need help with!

My experience of Lashify is always absolutely bloody amazing!
From Ordering and Concierge all the way through to El Stacko lol (Sahara is freaking awesome)
I will always and forever love and be a customer of Lashify..

Customer service is always the best. Prompt responses. And they will reach out if you somehow lose the chat. And I love that it’s a real person on the other side. Not a bot.

Apparently I made a request that is not normally given approval and the team granted my request.
