La Roche-Posay Arvostelua 

Love la roche-posays products have really helped me skin, a tad pricier but worth it IMO. I do find it grating how they give SO much away to influencers yet seem very stingy with their customers (other brands like clinqiue I order directly from and get loads of samples yet here lucky if I get one even tho I’m spending more?).

I have a very dry & sensitive eczema-prone skin and, during the years, always had difficulty finding a product that would help deep moisturise it without causing further damage to the skin barrier. For this reason I have found myself switching from one brand to another until I came across la Roche-Posay repairing balm B5 Baume. Almost immediately it helped my skin to recover by calming down inflammation and acting as a protective barrier to prevent dryness. Lately I’ve also started to apply on top a further layer of Anthelios Uv 50+sun protection which is easy to apply and leaves the skin looking radiant. So pleased and grateful I have found this product.

So in July 2026 I purchased Cicaplast Baume B5+ from Boots Reading (Oracle) to resolve skin barrier issues, as so many web pages have stated it's the best cream for the job, although pricey.
I tried the product for two nights running, but the product caused redness and a similar burning to a medium sunburn, which was unbearable.
I have tried to contact La Roche via their online portal contact form regarding the reaction, but sadly they have not even bothered to reply to me.
I have left very honest feedback on both the Boots and La Roche product websites, and they replied to me with a link that also did not work. All in all, not great support.

Order products in April 2026 and had to return. Return was received on 5/9/2026 and I received email that refund was processed. I am still waiting on my refund and get the run around everytime I contact customer service. First three times I contacted them I was told they were upgrading their system, didn't have access to see returns and refunds and call back a week later. I did that each time and still got the same response. Finally go someone who said they would process the refund in June and I'm still waiting. Cannot get anyone to respond and do their job. They are scammers who like to still your money!!! AVOID

Easy to order online, quick delivery no issues.

Healed my daughter’s skin from atopic eczema. We used steroids for active flares for 1-5 days depending on how severe. Then followed on with daily lipikar AP+. Now we just use it daily. Pricey but very very effective at reversing severe atopic eczema which is what my daughter had. To whoever made this cream, thank you! Only problem is the bottle needs a different design so we don’t have to get creative 1/4 of the bottle. I have added filtered water to the bottle and shaken it to loosen the cream. Less coat but that’s fine in summer. I also tired cutting the bottle in half but cream tries out and becomes thicker. So if bottle dispensers is fixed for example like epardem bottle dispenser, this will make a huge improvement.

I wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing from their website. 1 out of 3 items cases itchiness which I had to stop using. I raised this with customer service and arranged a refund that never came. It was sent via a third-party company (Candex), which requested a Tax ID along with other personal information. The Candex website is cumbersome and not user-friendly. I raised this with La Roche Possay and asked for my refund to be sent using the method that I paid with. Still no answer! Avoid!

I’m really surprised by all of the negative reviews that La R P products seem to attract. I have vitiligo and need something good to protect my skin. I’ve been using their sun tanning creams for several years and, for me at least, they work.
Ok, a little more expensive that high- street brands but that’s a small price to pay for quality.

I was recommended the sunscreen for children as it has the least number of chemicals.
It has stained my summer dresses and tops yellow.
I have had to soak them with a bicarbonate of soda paste to remove as much as I can.
It also stained my nail polish writing off a manicure treatment 2 days before.
Would never use again.

Very disappointed,I ordered online 4 face cream,one face spery and one spf cream and I didn’t receive the 4 creams.
Was so difficult tu solve this with them,very very very unprofessional customer service!!!

I have been using Serozinc face mist for over two years and each time the spray button on the can fails to work after a time, leaving a considerable amount of the product unable to be used. I decided to inform the company about the defective sprain button and received a politely worded response asking me to provide date and proof of purchase, lot number, and a video showing both sides of the product with me trying to press the button!
I asked why they couldn’t pay the postage for me to return the product but they insisted that they needed all the information. I think it is disgusting that they expect genuine customers to jump through hoops in order to receive acceptable customer service. This firm is not interested in providing customer service and I will not be buying any more of their products.

I've been using their products for the past 10 years. My cream went off, a year prior to expiry date, only a couple of weeks after opening, stored in a perfect condition. The smell, colour and feel of it is disgusting. The support team initially was refusing to even look at it as I didn't keep my boots receipt for it (who does..???), then requested to send it and said all is good with it, even though it's not. Incompetency of their team is disgraceful. I will not be using them again.

Ordered products on 18th April. Chased up as a week later I hadn't received anything and Evri hadn't received the package. They replied back 28th April saying 'We can confirm that your order has now been dispatched and is on its way.
There’s no need to worry about a thing — our team is monitoring the shipment to ensure everything progresses smoothly.'
However by 1st May there was still no delivery update so I emailed asking for a refund. They replied 'Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot offer you a new delivery.
We therefore confirm that the refund was issued today. Depending on your payment provider, please allow 3 to 8 days for this amount to appear in your bank account.'
It is now 8th May and I havent yet received anything and reading reviews here I am worried I will not. Will definitely not order through this website again.

They didn’t publish my review because I criticised their sunscreen tube which is very inconvenient for such a liquid product and I was not rude or used any bad word either.

Do not buy off these fraudulent companies. My face has been burning since using there shoddy product. I’ll personally be be finding someone for compensation

I placed an order directly on the La Roche-Posay website. They are currently moving warehouse and have stated this may cause up to a 2-week delay in dispatch. However, despite my order clearly showing it has not yet been dispatched, they are refusing to cancel it.
This directly contradicts their own terms and conditions, which allow cancellation of orders before a dispatch confirmation email is sent.
Their customer service has been clueless and unhelpful. They first suggested I contact the courier to cancel the dispatch — even though the order hasn’t left their warehouse, so no courier is involved yet. They then claimed they don’t handle dispatch themselves and that it would be up to “Boots, Tesco, or Amazon” — which is nonsense, as I ordered straight from the official La Roche-Posay site.
They have ignored my follow-up emails and are effectively holding my money hostage. The only option they’ve offered is to wait several weeks for the order to be dispatched and delivered, then return it at my own inconvenience.
Extremely disappointing service from a brand I expected better from.

I would highly recommend you avoid ordering from their website.

Tried La Roche-Posay’s Nutritic Lips, Lipikar Xerand, and Hyalu B5 creams… super popular brand, but super underwhelming. Way less effective than other brands, definitely not worth the price

Have tried reaching out to the customer service team and have had no luck. I purchased a cleanse tone and moisturiser set and within minutes of using the products my face was burning, the next day my face looked like I had been burnt, then my skin started to crack and bleed. I was seen by my GP who has said I’ve had a severe allergic reaction to this product and advised me to contact the company. I am deeply concerned what is actually in these products? considering you heavily recommend these products, I have now been put on antibiotics as my skin is literally peeling off and blistering, and also taking antihistamines to ease the itching. Avoid these products there is something not right.

This afternoon I purchased the eye serum line with the little roller.

On the box is said helps with dark under eyes concerns which sold me.

After cleaning my face I applied the serum using the special roller ball applicator. I followed the directions suggested on the side of the box to apply in small circles.
Shortly after I looked in the mirror and to see if I noticed improvement in that area on my first application and I saw improvement!
Yay! This product works! I'm excited to try this product again!

Up date: Two weeks later my under skin looks improvement.
