Poor payment practices.
Language empire has very poor payment cycles when it come to pay the employees.
I did a shift on 19th September 2016 and I am yet to receive payment for it after almost 2 months.
They response to emails are very slow and their phones dont get through.
I cant believe that a company can do this. I have done only one more shift this company and that is on 7th October, before my first review and I haven't been paid yet. Its more that 68 days I haven't been paid for a small shift i did. Its just 14£. I wrote this email :
"Hello Language empire team,
This is really pathetic that an employee is not paid even after 70 days. Not a good thing from an organisation like yours.
I received this payment remittance from you on 7th and till now haven't been paid.
Every time I have to send a correspondence. Email to start the payment procedure, email to remind payment procedure. This is not at all professionalism. Please process the payment for 7 Oct 2016 to reach my account at the earliest. this is only 14£. I dont know what you will be doing by hoarding the payment of employees.
And above all there is no dedicated email for payment enquiry. This is the worst experience as a part time worker.

This is the worst comapnay to work for. Its a shame there is no star lower than 1 star.
