Being new to hiring a scaffolding tower I was so impressed with the price and the personable, helpful service, (and how informative and straightforward the website is. It explains everything so clearly and walks you through the process)

Building it is like basic clip together Lego!! So it’s easy to build and to take back down

The guys delivering and picking it back were up were very friendly and helpful.

If I’d known how great it was I’d have done this long ago. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer in the future

I'd never hired a tower before, but the shrubs at the bottom of my daughter's garden were getting out of hand: the neighbours had started to be concerned. So I booked a tower with Lakeside Hire, and exchanged several emails with their Customer Service guy, Kyle. What star he is: he clearly understood I was a total amateur at this sort of thing, and was cheerful and patient as he explained the process to me. I could not be present when the tower was delivered and collected; I was worried in case the delivery team patronised my young daughter, but they were excellent. If I need any more equipment hire in the future - a tower or anything else - I will definitely return to Lakeside Hire. I am one highly satisfied customer. Bravo and thank you!
