Normally I would rate 5 stars. I think the competitions are great, the showmanship of the guys is amazing, they have a competition for everyone in different price ranges. However, all of their games state ‘free postal entry’ I submitted 10 postal entries following all of their rules, detailing my name, address etc matching everything on my online account and posted these 2nd class as stated in their T&Cs. These were posted 3 weeks prior to the competition ending and considering they were posted from a postbox in Penrith the likely hood of these being lost seem unlikely. I do understand, and accept they have a right not to state if these were received, but this isn't the first time I have sent postal entries and not had a free entry as stated, I wonder if any postal entries are accepted or if they simply state this to avoid being classed as a lottery… Again, I haven’t had a single one accepted ever, and it does start to raise questions in my mind regarding this.

Edit: to clarify here, I use different names on review sites as I prefer to keep anonymous. The name submitted and the name on the website matched different names had nothing to do with it, the name on TrustPilot has nothing to do with it.

As I stated I would have given 5 stars as I have given in the past considering what I have won, the lengths you guys go to, the variety of competitions you offer etc (although this has nothing to do with the reason for my review), however when multiple postal entires have not been accepted it does not come off well, and I'm not the only one I know who hasn't had their entires validated either when submitted via post.
I will change my review to 3 stars, to keep in mind the luck I have had, and I am lucky to have had it, but it doesn't negate my point and concern…

Hi Kieran, thanks for your review - not sure who Josh is but this maybe explains why your postal entries maybe weren’t processed as it seems you are using two names.
We find it a little disappointing considering you’ve won gold and £500 before but thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
