Worst customer service in the industry. I have left valid factual reviews about their Relaunch of their throne strings and mesh that never get posted.
They hide reviews that don't compliment their sponsored products.
Shipping is always wrong or late. They take their time when putting your order together and its not for accuracy.
Any dealing with customer service feels like you are bothering them or disturbing them. Any issue with tracking a package and they literally pull up the fedex website and tell you what you can see.
LAX.COM has way better customer service and uses UPS which has not had any issues with deliver yet. Highly disappointed with how this business operates and treats their customers.

Don’t buy anything limited edition from them - they will let you buy it even though they don’t have in stock. Then you miss out buying from other retailers. Almost a week later I reached out & they said oh we were going to send an email to let people know. So, don’t take a chance ordering from
