This is the second review about the same case. Positive side is that they reply very fast. I need to verify for a casino account. The want a document where my name ie mentioned and the bank card but that is not possible. So they ask for send something else in stead and i did. My account verified and i received confirmation. I had a withdraw pending and after 4 days it was not paid so i checked and gues what my account was not verified anymore. For some reason that nobody know my account is not verified anymore so know i have to do anything over again. And gues what ´´ Error because i exceeded the limit of verification attemps ´´ At this moment there is litterly nothing i can do! I already trying for verifiy and pay out my winnings for 8 days! and everytime something happens and that the casino does not pay me. They keep saying you are not verified!

I played at a casino won and need to verify by bycaid. Gues what i send more then 10 a 12 times documents and get the same reponse

I send my personal bank card + bank account statement. They still not approved. Even the casino say its stranges because the documents are legit.

They come here and say reach to our support team and we'll fix the issue where the reality is they barely care and respond, guys stay away from these scammers!

Guys, I felt really bad because of the way they work, I became a funded trader after 3 years of pain and suffering then to be banned and took away my funded account just because they said my documents were forged, and when I look for support to address the issue there was no support. Just terrible KYC verifier and I wish one day you will get exposed and sued.

This is the worst company for kyc verification, trust me they are just designed to milk us, why on the earth will you allege me of fake/forged document did you even check for the authenticity before concluding.. how I wish you guys can be sued to course for this nonsense. I provided original documents even with QR you are here saying I forged documents

UPDATE: I responded to their invitation to investigate my issue. This is their response: NOTHING. That's it. No response. Liars. Don't trust their review responses. Probably some AI agent just posting a marketing message to alleviate concerns that its a scam product.

System deeply flawed. AI bot flagged perfectly legitimate documents. It spit out a false negative and got me banned from a trading platform. Errors like this are very costly to both the client and the customer, since they both lose. A better system would require human follow up on flagged identification. This is a complete AI fail.

For KYC kycaid is a first-rate tool. Their security precautions are comforting, and the verifying process is simple. Recently I had to go through their KYC verification; all was finished in a few minutes. Their efficiency and the calibre of the service given really wow me.

I had a terrible experience with KYCAID. Their verification process is frustrating and inconsistent. I accidentally uploaded the wrong documents and immediately corrected my mistake, but they still refused to verify my account. Instead of offering proper support or a chance to fix the issue, they kept sending the same automated response.

Their customer service is terrible—there’s no real human assistance, just repetitive messages with no solution. If you need a reliable verification service, I strongly advise looking elsewhere. KYCAID is not worth the hassle.

The staff is awful. I had a document from last year to verify, and they just banned me. I wrote to support and they are awful. They just give me a random answer and did nothing to fix it. And after that, just let me seen. Even though I tried to explain and to upload a new document. They just ban you and don't answer anymore. One of the worst support ever.

I have tried to verify my identity with Kycaid using two different identification documents, and both were rejected without any clear reason. I even tried using three different devices to rule out technical issues, but the outcome was the same.

The worst part is their customer support—it is practically nonexistent. They take forever to respond, and when they do, their answers are useless and provide no real solutions. It feels like they reject documents without proper review and without offering any real assistance to fix the issue.

I do not recommend this service at all. It is frustrating, inefficient, and unreliable.

This app is more trouble than it is worth. Time I have wasted on trying to verify id. This application drives you nuts. We have wasted so much time. Now at the point where the company who we were seeking to join their service we are thinking is this really worth it. Total frustrating rubbish. There is no easy accessible support, guidance when things don't work. It is truly awful. There are better more seamless id verification applications on the market.

update 17/12/24 - Kycaid, thank you for your response. I will take you up on the offer and send you an email with the detail on the issue experienced. Hopefully you will be able to resolve issue and I will be able to give a positive update here. Fingers crossed.

I used two of my identifications but ended up getting rejected. I emailed their support, but it says I have to use another device. I did, but it still fails. WORSE, DON'T TRY PROP FIRMS WITH THIS KIND OF KYC
