Kwikshift Removals Arvostelua 

We booked in with Kwikshift and the process was really smooth. As our move date got closer, I had to contact them about confirming and ask how the day itself works in terms of timing. I was then told to pay a deposit- I did this over the phone and no one mentioned that it was non transferable nor did they advise me to read their terms and conditions. Frustratingly, our solicitors informed us just 32 hours before expected completion that our buyers solicitors weren’t going to be ready and therefore couldn’t move. For us, a family of 4, with two boys about to move to their new school 19 miles away from our old address and a house that was fully packed, was just awful news beyond our control. I let Kwikshift know as straight as I knew and apologised how late it was and how shocked I was. There was no empathy, no compassion and I was just told I’d lost the £387 deposit and that I couldn’t move the deposit onto the following week to rebook. I felt the communication was poor regarding deposit and also unclear. Solicitors are a nightmare and lots of removal companies know this and only take a 10% deposit. Sadly Kwikshift take 50% and we are now in a position that we are now holding up the whole chain as we’re not in a financial position to rebook removals with being £387 out of pocket.

Fantastic crew helped my husband and I move. The team were very polite and extremely helpful on the day. Nothing was too much trouble. The price was great too. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Stole nearly £2500 worth out my storage!! Manager claimed the cctv was ‘wiped’ but wouldnt share the names of who was on shift!!

Havent been able to claim back as i didnt have the receipts for things bought nearly 2 years ago. Absolutely disgusting staff and management. Besides stealing from me, the management is very rude and either covering for whoever done it or done it themselves!

My parents used Kwikshift removals and the team they sent were fantastic. They were polite, respectful and went the extra mile to help. All items were wrapped, well protected and put in the appropriate place. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

If you valuable your home goods do not get this company to remove you. Used this company twice within a few months. First time was a good experience with hardworking removal men.
Furniture was wrapped and protected. Super king mattress was badly water damaged and heavy marked due to mattress being dropped on wet dirty pavement. After several emails and weeks later a company came in to clean mattress kwik removels picking up bill.
Second removal was not a good experience at all. late arriving, Furniture not protected at all on removal. TV screen damaged and glass TV cabinet smashed. Phoned kwik removels and spoke to management about damage done. Compensation paid out quickly. Would never use this company again.

Always a little dubious when a company comes in at half the price of other quotes, but wow cannot recommend this company enough. The two gentlemen ( Carl and Jay) couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. Thank you Kwikshift for making one of the most stressful situations in life so much easier.

Jay and the team were excellent,quick efficient and very professional. Every contact I have had with the team I have been impressed with their customer service from Bernie that answers the telephone to Steve that seems to make the decisions all very polite and thoroughly recommend

It is rather unfortunate that while we have legitimate businesses struggling hard everyday to create a lasting legacy and improving our society, some unscrupulous elements would rather go a different route!
Most recently my company fell victim to a rogue driver, using Kwikswift’s name to overcharge and render us the worst service ever and we unwittingly fell for his lies. We are currently investigating and trying to track down the individual and we would like to totally absolve Kiwkswift of any wrongdoing and tender our unreserved apology.
We hope to give Kwikswift a try for real in the nearest future, believing that the experience will be as good as others have been enjoying.

Mark and Jay made my move to West Yorkshire so easy. Always communicating first they arrived on time. Care was taken to pack on Friday morning and deliver early Saturday morning. Many thanks also to Bernie in the office who set everything up for me.

I am adding a second review as this company has tried to get my previous review (from 7-11-22) that we had cash missing after the move taken down thrice!
1. 28-11-2022: They said it was not a genuine experience and that it was a false review, so I provided all proof to Trust Pilot and got my review verified.
2. 4-5-2023: They said it was probably for another domain, not theirs, I refuted that too!
3. 7-11-2023: Now they have come again after one year to get me to amend my review saying I provided personal details which I have not!

Now with this review I have provided Trust Pilot with screenshots of the three emails that came from a Trustpilot saying that they have flagged my reviews to be taken down, for different reasons each time.

Absolutely fabulous service. The two lads went above and beyond both with the pick up and the drop off and couldnt be more helpful. I would definitely recommend and will be looking to them again when I next need removals done.

Very good and reliable service. JJ and Charlie worked really hard and took a great care of my belongings. Very happy with the service. Hopefully will not have to move again but if would, i would definately use them again. Very professional. Thank you

Excellent from start to finish! Couldn’t have asked for more from the trio who arrived. Having received a number of quotes from the ‘big’ companies we opted for KwikShift due to their competitive price. Having had to delay three times due to chain issues and not incurring any cancellation fees was very welcome. The guys worked hard all day and didn’t complain when completion was delayed for a couple hours and instead kept the mood jovial in what was a stressful time. Would highly recommend and if we do ever move again, they are top of my list. Thank you Callum, Jordan and team! (I’m still in awe of Callum’s reversing of a lorry skills!)

Used Kwikshift today to move my daughter out of Uni accomodation could not believe how smoothly it all went. Brilliant service, really nice blokes moved her stuff out and fantastic price - would 100% recommend

Office gave a quote , date and arrival time. They arrived on time. Good team the lads were efficient friendly and helpful. As described it was a Kwikshift. I would definitely recommend .

I normally absolutely dread moving, but the team of 3 who came to help me was actually amazing. I also had a bad elbow at the time, and I felt like they were happy to do absolutely everything and I felt very at ease that they were taking special care of items that I'd pointed out - my big plant etc. All in all a very hassle-free move and it was over in 2 hours or less!
