I didn’t like how long it took to ship
I didn’t like how long it took to actually leave the warehouse after I paid for express shipping. I read as long as the order was placed before 12pm that it would be processed that day. Then, I should expect it within 2 business days. I ordered 2 items right behind each other, literally and they were shipped 2 separate days. I paid for 2 day express and received it 3-4 days later. HOW??? I wouldn’t have gotten express if it wasn’t really express. Plus, I wanted the items for my vacation. Needless to say, that didn’t make it. $30 wasted. A little disappointing!

False hopes on sale items
bags listed on the sale list that you do not have in stock doesn’t make sense you have it listed online as if they’re in stock but when you added it to your cart it gives you high hopes that you are able to purchase the bag on sale, only to find out after you enter your credit card information that you cannot purchase because they are out of stock. They need to change the website where you cannot add it to your cart if you are completely out of stock.

I placed my order on April 8
I placed my order on April 8, 2026 and received an email that my order had shipped on April 10, 2026 with a link to track via FedEx. I have continued to check the tracking and it still has yet to move. I contacted CS on Monday, April 13, 2026 and was told that it was still in the warehouse. I order all the time from Kurt Geiger and this is the absolute worse experience I have encountered.
I need my shoes for an important date and have no idea when they will be shipped or arrive.
