Your shoe sizes are misleading They…

Your shoe sizes are misleading They say go up a half size to what I normally wear yet when I received them they were still to small so I had to pay an additional $20 in shipping cost to exchange for a full size larger then my normal shoe size. Your description needs to be more accurate to what you’re actually selling. In your return policy you state you can’t cover the shipping cost to exchange due to low profit margins but you are ok with misleading the customer forcing them to pay more due to your misleadingg shoe sizes. So what should have cost $35 now cost me $55. Thank you for that!!!

Ok my above review maybe a little harsh but I’m frustrated that I followed the online sizing recommendation and they were still way too small costing me more to get the correct size

Feiyue shoes are known to run small, which is why we explicitly state this on the product page and recommend ordering at least a half-size up. Furthermore, if you have wider feet or plan on wearing socks, going up even more is necessary. Because every individual's feet are shaped differently, we have no way of determining exactly what size will work best for you without trying them on.

Online shoe purchases can be challenging due to varying manufacturer sizing and individual fit preferences, which is why we provide clear advisory guidelines to help customers make the most informed choice possible before ordering. Operating on tight margins allows us to keep our initial product pricing as low as possible—such as the $27.45 base cost of these shoes—rather than absorbing universal shipping and exchange insurance into every item.

Your order was processed accurately, packed correctly, and delivered exactly on schedule. Leaving a 1-star review under these circumstances seems unreasonable. As a reseller rather than the manufacturer, we do not make the shoes; our role is to provide our customers with the most accurate sizing information possible to help them navigate their purchase.

If a fully accurate, on-time order warrants a 1-star rating simply due to a manufacturer sizing variance (even though we explicitly noted the shoe runs small), it raises the question of what rating is left for a company that actually ships an order late or incorrectly.

They always have what I'm looking for and it's less than any other place around including the studio or dojo or dojang or training hall however you want to look at it and delivery is always on time thank you I appreciate it

nunchucks and bo staff

im mike , ive been buying kungfu4less items over 5 yrs now , and very satisfied with my items. i just purchased shin guards and purposely hit myself to test and they work great for using my nunchucks and bo staff.

A groin protector was missing in Taekwondo sparring set

We ordered a Taekwondo sparring set and received a partial order. It appears that they forgot to put a groin protector in the box. We reached out to their admin email, and now are waiting for a response.

Wrong Bo

I've ordered from Kungfu4less in the past and have been very happy with the products. This time, I ordered a plain skinless 6' rattan bo. What I recieved was a rattan bo with a tiger stripe design burned into it. The bo itself is good quality and it looks cool, it's just not what I ordered.
