Was given a Kreg pocket hole jig as a gift around 2 yrs ago, but circumstances led me to open jig box just this week. It was missing the set screw for the drill bit collar. I contacted Kreg (Jenny K. | Customer Experience Representative) and received the missing part 3 days later at no charge. Will definitely buy from this company again.
Delivered a jig that was missing a critical part. Now I am waiting. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

Had a fantastic customer experience from Kreg when I contacted them to ask to BUY a replacement part on my Rip Cut Sled that had broken. As I was in a foreign country, I was expecting the courier and import cost to be harsh. Kreg, on pure faith of my input, air-freighted a complete Rip Cut Sled (Not just the broken clasp) and waived all costs. This is unbelievable service and they deserve sincere accolades and support
I ordered a KMA 4100 Kreg Crosscut Station on 4/13/2023 and received it today. With great expectation I opened the box. Everything was there and in good shape. I proceeded to put the crosscut station together and everything looked good. Until I cut a 1x4 board and it was not square. I cut a 1x8 board and needless it was even worse. Very disappointed. I couldn't see any way to square it up. Ronald. So disappointed.
The Kreg tools are so cool. They are great in making cabinet adjustments relative to home economic projects. I use the Kreg tools for so much more though, for example, framing precision, DYI events and so much more things.
