Compensation was worth £5.000:00
Compensation was worth £5.000:00 , Keller accepted out of court for £1000 ( we didn’t have a choice ) payment has just been received , we got just over £300 , and the process was long with communication poor , the commission taken is so high

I filled in the Dieselgate forms ages ago and sent them off to Keller. Cannot remember when it was, but must be getting towards two years. To be honest, I forgot all about it.
Imagine my surprise when I recently got an email from Keller saying that my claim had been successful. I had to fill in another form online and sit back and wait.
Exactly a fortnight later the money arrived in my bank account. Keller were quite honest about all the figures involved and they made a good whack out of it but who cares. I'm much better off for doing nothing.........Happy Days and Thank you

Waste of time…
All they do is ask for the same information which I have sent them time and time again nearly impossible to contact no updates no results it's no help go with somebody knows what they're doing and don't ask you time and time again and again again when to send the same paperwork through company is a joke
