I had approached Koenig Solutions for professional training and was clear from the beginning that I was looking for focused, modular learning (for example, PowerPoint as a standalone module) to make the process both time- and cost-efficient.

However, despite multiple discussions over a week, I was only offered a bundled multi-day program, which was significantly more expensive and not aligned with my requirement. My request to break the topics into smaller, practical modules was not accommodated, and I was eventually informed that such an approach does not fit their delivery model.

Additionally, there were delays in communication and missed commitments on timelines, including promised follow-ups that did not happen.

Overall, while the team was polite, the experience was disappointing due to lack of flexibility, delayed responses, and the absence of a clear pricing estimate despite repeated follow-ups. A more transparent and modular offering would have made the engagement far more effective.

We are amazed at how low Koenig Solutions will go. First, they will call you non stop and tell you about their tie-ups with good companies and placement related services. Once you pay, they give you a different attitude. It's unmodernized, and a good portion of it can be viewed freely on the Internet. The trainers appear to care a lot less about education and more about meeting their working hours. The moment I inquired about job support after the course, the representatives said I was not qualified even though their marketing had said otherwise. They want to deceive you with their fake promises because they are interested in your money only.

They genuinely listened and encouraged detailed input to improve the learning experience. The trainers had solid technical knowledge and made as effort to ensure concepts were understood. It felt good to see a company willing to refine it's delivery based on student feedback.

Koenig Solutions is a major catastrophe in every possible way. Their support team is very poor. Hilariously, they contacted me only in response to my negative review, and instead of solving my issues, they convinced me to delete the review. On top of this, I was shifted to various trainers and classes without even being informed, let alone asked for my permission. This kind of behavior is the worst one can expect in terms of professionalism.

One thing I really appreciated was the continued support after the course ended. I received useful guidance while preparing for the certification exam, which helped me stay confident. This level of support is very helpful for learners.

My experience with Koenig Solutions was a complete nightmare from the get-go. I decided to undertake the Red Hat Certification course with the hope that it would eventually lead to better job opportunities. The worst part was the career support. In my opinion, there were two main problems. The first one being the training which was actually more than okay. The second issue, however, was the unbearable after-sales service. I called and emailed them a number of times, but I got nothing in return, only vague replies and more broken promises. Actually, it was not only that but the cast remained on the same line when it was followed up later. They not only don't give me any job leads but also turn a blind eye when I want them to help prepare my resume. The worst part is the support team kept avoiding my night and day calls, and when I asked for help through e-mail, I received only broken promises and vague replies. The entire episode has been quite a trial for me, and it makes me regret my decision to select this place over comparisons.

The program followed a clear structure and covered the essential topics required for certification. While learning styles differ for everyone I found the systematic approach helpful in preparing for my exam. The trainer ensured the main modules were properly explained. With aligned expectations this training can be a practical step for career growth.

The customer service of Koenig Solutions is very poor. When I approached them for support, I was either connected back and forth or they just provided me with vague and not useful answers. I wasn't sure that I will get any help through normal channels as I had to reach out many times just to get the basic information about my course and certification process. The slowness in reaction of the support team was disturbing, even when I asked for a provisional certificate for an interview, they didn't provide it at once thus I lost a very important opportunity. The way they behaved simply cannot be excused.

Very good training school with expert trainers

Take this class, for example, the services like Koenig Solutions that convert education to just business. Those used techniques are not only old-fashioned but also of little use. I was told I would get a high-quality learning period, but in fact, the program was poorly planned, and it did not have zest at all. The subject was untalented, and his behavior was unprofessional. It was fraud, and I feel sorry that I did not only waste my time but my money as well. They are deceivers and the trustful students are their victims.

My experience with Koenig Solutions was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The training quality was far below what was promised during enrollment, and the overall experience felt disorganized and misleading.

The trainer appeared unprepared, rushed through key topics, and struggled to answer even basic questions. Much of the session consisted of reading directly from slides, with little to no real-world explanation or practical insight. For an IT training company that claims industry expertise, this was unacceptable.

Administrative support was equally poor. Communication was inconsistent, responses were slow, and concerns raised during the course were largely ignored. Once payment was made, the level of attention and accountability dropped significantly.

The course content did not align with what was advertised, and several important topics were either skipped or treated superficially. Considering the cost of the training, the value delivered was nowhere near justified.

Overall, Koenig Solutions failed to meet basic expectations for professional IT training. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking quality instruction, structured learning, or reliable customer support. There are far better alternatives available that respect students’ time and money.

Attempted to use their website to enrol on a course, which was advertised at £1138. Both cards I attempted to pay for the course with via their website were rejected without much explanation.
I contacted their support for clarity, next thing I know I'm being called, WhatsApped, and emailed, the former two completely unprompted.
In two emails I get one explaining the price on the site is wrong, and the next email asking for me to complete a payment for £2200! When I pointed this large price discrepancy out they went to "investigate", a couple days later asking if I can have a meeting with them to "discuss the situation". Sorry, but I don't know what there is to discuss that couldn't be emailed to me in a clear and concise manner.
Entire experience completely put me off the company, any consideration of engaging with them further for that or any other course, and I now advise professional colleagues and clients that they seem extremely suspicious. I considered it an immediate red flag that an apparent IT training company doesn't even have a fully functioning/working website, and wish I'd trusted my gut to save me hassle!

I see the trainer had made ease understanding for the people who are beginning for the R programming and also i see there is a need to look into need of organizational and focus more on that particular part of topics needed for Data science

For me, learning has been one of my drives for the past five years, so I see this training as another knowledge gained that will forever remain, and I hope to transfer this knowledge with colleagues and friends.

The sessions were well-organized by Tamanna. I particularly appreciated the trainer Sourabh expertise and the hands-on learning approach, which made the concepts much easier to apply in real scenarios.

Technical training needs a lot of interaction, motivate participants for queries/clarification leads to clarity on each topic, so, here credit goes the trainer. Mr. Vaibhav took each and every query very positively and tried to answer with examples which made it easy to understand for us.
