Such an amazing group of people! They really went above and beyond to help my family move house.

We were working to an incredibly tight deadline, and what initially seemed like a really difficult and stressful process was made so much easier thanks to Doug and the team. Doug genuinely came to the rescue when we needed it most.

I got quotes from several different companies, and Doug’s was one of the best. Everything was moved in the same day, nothing was broken or damaged, and everything was put exactly where it needed to be.

We had Knutty Movers do our house move from Warrington to the Fylde Coast and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Doug came round the house, gave us a more than fair estimate and loads of great moving advice. He looked at all our stuff and told us exactly how many boxes we'd need (bang on, by the way, to the box!) and had them delivered to us the very next day.

Our completion wasn't as straightforward as we'd hoped, but Doug was brilliantly flexible with us on the dates. When the day was finally agreed, the guys turned up the day before with a full team of three men, right when they said they would. When the van filled up before everything was in, they simply nipped off and came back an hour later with a second van to finish the job. They were quick, careful, efficient and an absolute pleasure to have in the house.

On completion day they were sat outside our new home before we even arrived! They unloaded everything with real care, placed it all exactly where we asked and even plumbed in our washer. They even unloaded our own personal van full of stuff on top of everything else!

Moving house is meant to be one of the most stressful things you can do, but Knutty Movers made it completely stress free. Doug and his team were absolutely brilliant. They arrived on a dark, rainy December day and just got stuck in. I had been in my previous house for 27 years so I found the whole process really stressful and by the time I reached my new house, I was a bit dazed and emotional. Doug and the lads were very reassuring and put me at ease, saying they would come back when I had decided where I wanted everything, and they did just that. Even when a cabinet door got broken (not their fault), they took it away and fixed it. I am so glad I chose them, and they are very reasonable which is an extra bonus.

I'm so glad my parents (in their 70's) chose Knutty Movers for their house move. Along with the normal furniture, they moved several heavy and difficult pieces - a piano, a concert harp, a glass sided cabinet, a concrete statue! They moved 2 handbuilt hen houses. And when they arrived at the new address it was dark and raining, but they didn't balk at taking the hen runs in the dark through a (too small) hole in the hedge to their new home! Their lead mover (sorry I'm rubbish at names) was great at keeping communication clear with my Dad and our frazzled family. Re-confirming what items were to be moved, to go to auction and to go to the tip. There was such patience and kindness from them in a stressful time.
