Order hasn’t been delivered. It’s almost 2 weeks over the due date. I believe the issue is with Fedex however I’ve sent multiple emails to knife merchant customer service with no reply.

Perfect transaction

Perfect transaction - they shipped my order the same day and it arrived just as expected. They even called me to make sure my ship to was correct since it was different from my billing. What a refreshing experience!

No shipping info after 13 business days

EDIT: RECEIVED MY ITEM and had a great customer service experience. Would definitely buy from here again!

I haven't heard anything about the shipping of my knife (which is meant as a present) and even though it said international shipping would take between 5-10 business days, we are on 13 business days and I have yet to receive a tracking number or anything.

Purchased June 22nd

I have emailed customer services yesterday but have not heard back.

Good customer service

I got the wrong item first time sent an email to inquire about an exchange and the customer service were prompt on answering and sending replacement of the right item and return laboe to send back the wrong one

You guys are always great

You guys are always great. I send all my friends and colleagues to you. Whether I'm buying for myself or as a gift I never really look anywhere else for my knives and accessories. Prices are always great and the service is as well.

I have purchased from Knife Merchant many times. I like that they are a family operation and carry many styles and brands of fillet knives I use in Alaska for fishing. Great service, prompt shipment

Good selection and knowledgeable service of there products , the owner a chef is very helpful , free shipping when spend a certain amount and products were delivered pretty quickly . Recommend them for your culinary needs
