Same issue as the other customers. I paid 160usd to publish my e-commerce on google shopping and they never delivered what promised. Couple of days ago, they send me an automatic message telling me that they cannot publish my products due to "misreprentation". then they proceeded to copy paste to me some rules from google shopping policy pages and that's it. Please refund my money and please do it now. My request is in ticket #330465

Signed up through ionos. They initially listed some products but google removed almost immediately. They made no attempt to rectify this. When I contacted Google direct they provided me with solutions. Kliken obviously didn't do this or my products could have been listed. After several attempts to contact for refunds and not receiving a reply I finally am told that I'll get my latest bill refunded. Glad that I haven't been signed up for to long. I'd advise against using this company at all. Listings seem automated and customer service is slow. IONOs please consider who you partner with.

They are cheating customers. When I started the campaign, there was standing, that with spending of 380 euro in 60 days you get 380 for free. I started a campaign of 265 euro. But when I did, I didn’t see the promised 380 euro’s anymore, or how to get it. I putted my campaign on hold when there only was spend 160 euro. I did not trust it. But I already had payed the 265 euro. And they did not a refund of the rest of the money. I was thinking this is wasting money. I tried to start the campaign again. But I had to pay for a new account! I did, because I was thinking, I’m losing 100 euro. I thought when I pay the new amount the old campaign will start again. The old campaign stays stopped, so that was losing 100 euro and I didn’t get the promise 380 euro. I had paid 410 euro in 30 days, and is is completely wasting of money. I think this is theft.
I hope somebody can help. Because the company isn’t. I will advise people to use google ads, but not wit Kliken. I hope as well that moneybird is quiting with this faking compagny.

The reaction of Cliken is totaly not true either. I have a list of mails of your compagny from almost 3 month's with the same reaction.

This reaction was given for at least 2 months every day! I have a copie of the promotion you promised.So what you are saying that Google has to pay it, isn't true. Or the information you provided was misleading. Because it stated on your account that I would get the promotion. At this moment without paying anything, I have the same amount of viewers of my website.

Zuerst hat es sich gut angefühlt. Eine Telco mit meinem "Persönlichen Berater Jason" um die Ziele und Strategien auszuloten.
Dann eine erste Kampagne mit Klicken Adds für CHF 250 und eine auf Facebook für CHF 150 gestartet.
Fazit nach zwei Wochen: 0 Verkäufe.
Die Facebook Adds sind ein Witz, nur ein Text Post mit der Produkt Beschreibung. Kliken Adds habe ich, ausser in der Preview, nie irgendwo gesehen.
Darauf hin Jason angeschrieben, keine Antwort. Obwohl ein follow-up Meeting vereinbart war. Ok dann stoppen wir das ganze...
Die Kampagnen gestoppt und über den Support einen refund verlangt. Antwort vom Support: wir schauen es an, bitte haben Sie 2 Arbeitstage Geduld.
Das ist jetzt 3 Wochen und 2 weitere Anfragen an den support her.
Keine Antwort, keine Verkäufe und kein refund. Unter dem Strich ein glatter Betrug.
Ich rate jedem die Finger davon zu lassen! Selbst als relativ Unbedarfter kriegt man mit einer eigenen Kampagne mehr für's Geld raus.

J'ai mon compte google merchant center actif , tout est okay , mais je me suis dis pourquoi ne pas lancer une campagne google Shopping , c'est la periode des fetes , cela m'aideras a maximiser mes benefices.
Je lance une campagne a 310 Dollars , je leur remet un compte Google Merchant center actif avec une liste de produits deja selectionner.
Le lendemain je constate qu'il ont mis tout les produits qui sont sur ma base wordpress dans le google merchant center , apres avoir supprimer le content Api , je leur ecrit tres respectueusement pour leur expliqué que je voulais tout simplement faire la promotion des produit actif dans google merchant.
JE LEUR AI DIS CELA 3 FOIS , ILS ONT REPETER LES MEME ERREURS JUSQUA CE QUE MON GOOGLE MERCHANT SOIT SUSPENDU SANS AUCUNE PUBLICITE LANCER.
JE LEUR DEMANDE DONC DEPUIS PRES D'UN MOIS DE PROCEDER AU REMBOURSEMENT RIEN N'Y AIT FAIT. CE SONT DE TOTALE ARNAQUEURS , PAS PROFFESSIONELS ET ENSUITE REFUSE DE REMBOURSER

so far it's proven to be a scam. they won't reply , they won't refund for a service that they are NOT actually in control.

Ich kann hier von nur abraten. Support unterstützt nur sehr dürftig, gerade, wenn es um Google Kampagnen geht.
Google hat dann, leider, i-wann das Konto gesperrt – Unterstützung von Kliken = 0. Und das Beste kommt zum Schluss... Wenn das Google-Konto gesperrt wurde, und man Fragen dazu hat, meldet sich der Support erst ca. 3 Werktage später. Ist aber das Konto frei und alles i.O. wird innerhalb von wenigen Stunden zurückgeschrieben. Die Kliken-Kampagnen bringen nahezu keinen Traffic/Sales. Leider mehrere hundert Euro verschenkt. Fazit: Lieber mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen und eine gescheite Werbeagentur engagieren, die was taugt und korrekt unterstützt.

Tenho uma conta na wix há anos. Sempre fui atendido.
Nessa semana resolvi ativar uma campanha do Google ads que está no menu do wix. Não num menu externo ou nas ofertas de aplicativos. Depois de criar toda campanha dentro do site do wix . Realizamos a forma de pagamento que não direcionou pra nenhum site externo cobrou dentro do próprio site.
Após dois dias solicitamos o cancelamento dessa campanha
Porém o wix informou que não é deles esse serviço.

Conforme painel do wix, não tem nenhuma informação nem no momento da contratação muito menos no momento de criar a campanha que é uma plataforma externa e um aplicativo.

Tanto que os que são aplicativos estão localizados na plataforma 'aplicativos".

É de uma empresa chamada Kliken, que no segundo dia solicitamos cancelamento e estorno, porém a mesma não retorna e não efetua o cancelamento solicitado dentro do prazo estipulado pelo código do consumidor.
A kliklen não responde, não retorna, ou seja é uma plataforma que f.r.audul q não funciona, que vocês estão colocando como oculta na plataforma da wix,Já que lá não possuo a informação que estamos contratando esse serviço nem na hora de coloca o cartão de crédito.

Eles disseram que iam estornar e sumiram.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. My advice is to avoid this scam. They just stole my money. When I asked them to send me link of my campaign they sent me some fake picture of I don’t know what. Second time they told me that my campaign is been on October but I paid them on May which makes impossible the campaign to run few months earlier what shows them as stupid liars.
Finally, after my insistence for refund I got half of the money I paid.
Now I will report them as online scam.

Only does half the job, it does update Google Merchant with my products from Square, but doesn't seem to bring all the information over correctly - particularly whether an item is in stock or not.
I have been messaging back and forth with their "support" team for over 4 months now and am still no further forward. I just get told they have "created a follow-up" to some mystery department. Nothing ever comes of it, I just keep chasing.
I was previously using their Google Shopping Ads through them, until Google removed all my products from the sponsored section due to issues with products not being in stock when showing as in stock, hadn't long paid for that months worth of ads. Lost almost all money as Google not showing ads so there was no clicks, Kliken simply kept my money.

Absolutely useless I'd say, avoid they are a scam.

They tried 6 weeks to try and put my site on Google. Response to queries is very slow, reply every 24 hours.

I went somewhere else and was live on Google Shopping within 3 days

for months i kept asking for fixing a bug that made my listings worthless, they keep promising that they wil fix it and also claiming that they have fixed it. but they never did. they just keep collecting the monthly fee.
so i canceled and asked for a refund, but did not get it. now i need some invoices for tax purposes but they just reply with a basic reply that they need some time to review the case (what they always say) and then 1 or 2 days later close the ticket, after reopening they just close it . experience date is for the last issue
if this is not a scam then they are the most incompetent and you should not work with them

edit2 : They have finally refunded me and apologised. also they say some people over there will get training to do better. so 1 extra star because they did beter, but only one because it should have not come to this.

We market our operation with Microsoft @MSFTAdsSupport & @GoogleAds .

They both requested which page / address the leads once a successful conversion occured ; none Ionos but mainly Kliken are able to help rejecting each others the responsibility of this reply .

My @KlikenMarketing support (#281191) -avoid- finally called with still no solutions after 22 emails with a bot and 5 weeks of bla-bla.

We are stuck not being able to give progress and give MS and Google what they need !

Good service but poor customer support. I ran a campaign with them and it was all good in the beginning till my kliken account had some issues and I couldn't make payments anymore. I have spoken to the customer support severally and they keep saying their looking into the matter with no concrete results. Really poor customer service and the billing department is never available

WARNING! I have used Kliken for a few months and in the beginning I received quite a lot of clicks, then the clicks plummeted down to basically nothing. I had to call this company many times to have somebody help me optimize my campaign. No help at all, the only answers that I received was ”add more keywords” (Well, I had 50 keywords). I launched a campaign with Google Ads directly and have received the same amount of clicks for one third of the price that I paid Kliken. I called Kliken about a refund: one of their employees said I will receive 100$ as a refund (I canceled my campaign) then a few days later it’s all of a sudden 70$. It is impossible to reach the billing department on phone. They said somebody will email me about the refund. Two days passes: still no email. I call them again. I think I have called this company 5 times in order to receive proper information about the refund: how much will be paid back and when. I received an email from them that said ”refund case is solved” - still no information. I then had to call them again. Remember that I warned you! Please launch a campaign with Google Directly.
