I was trying to order a product from them as they are the cheapest. Looking at the practice which they gave me 2 minutes to register my credit card details to catch the so call special offer, I sensed something fishy. Checked the Terms of Use and it didn’t improve my trust on the website; kleinfeld.co.uk. Then I google “kleinfeld” and see all the negative reviews here. Most likely “scam”, I will stay clear of it.

I must say I've tried several times to purchase some cosmetics from Kleinfield but they declined two cards which were correctly applied and I've also tried calling the telephone number without any success? I'm not sure the business is still trading...any advice? It looks as though a few others have had similar experiences!

Phishing site. Avoid.

This supposed company Kleinfeld UK Ltd., does not exist according to companies house. This is a scam business!! Avoid at all costs and only buy from recognized retailers.

Feels like a scam site. Tried 2 different bank cards, from 2 different banks, neither one was accepted. Definitely something fishy about this site.

This site is useless- advertising goods but declining payments scam time wasters avoid!

Like others I’d went to purchase something and entered my details and was told these were incorrect. Reentered said details again and kept getting same message.

Cancelled card as I thought best to be safe but please be wary! Shows offers on what look like great prices for items but it may be too good to be true wish I’d seen the reviews before entering details but relieved I cancelled before anything was tried to be taken.

Don't use this site! I had the same experience as the previous reviewers. It would not recognise my credit card. It appeared very suspicious as they had all my details including my card details and my telephone number. I immediately cancelled my credit card. My bank agreed and told me I acted promptly.

Avoid - phishing site.

Doesn’t recognise genuine card details. Thought I’d made an error typing, retried, definitely correct details. Noticed it doesn’t allow you to select type of card ie visa Mastercard. Seriously worried now they have my details. On to the bank now to cancel card.

Shopping for an appliance which looked to be a bargain on this website. Enetered all my credit card details which the site claimed it could not verify. Seemed dodgy so checked Trustpilot to see that others had the same experience so immediately cancelled my credit card. Looking further at this website it has all hte signs of a phishing site, best avoided.

Scam site do not enter any card details…all of the positive reviews are from a single review per 5 stars that a warning….scam

Can't use debit card on the site, and I doubt that the happy smiley faces shown in the call centre are for real. Not user friendly as you are bombarded, absolutely bombarded with adverts.

Avoid! Looks like a scam site, tried ordering a facial toner which was £12 elsewhere and around £2 on kleinfeld. Tried to enter my debit card details for them to say I needed to enter a valid number. Worried now that they have my card details. Going to keep an eye on my bank statement now to check for no unauthorised 1payments.

Be careful and avoid! Should have realised if it looks too good to be true it probably is.

Same issue as others wont accept debit card tried 2 different cards AVOID

Could not pay for items with my UK debit card. Not sure how others are paying for items as they don't say. Seems like you can only use Discovery card which is bizarre.
