Horrible customer service/Lack of
On Mar. 28/21, I placed an order for 2 items. On Mar. 29, I received one of the items as a gift from my husband so I emailed Kitchen Niche & asked that they remove one of the items from my order because I no longer needed it. No response. I emailed again, no response. I telephoned but all I got was voice mail with no opportunity to leave a message. On Mar. 30, I emailed them 4 times & tried telephoning..again just a voice message. By then I no longer wanted to deal with a company with such poor customer service so I emailed to cancel my entire order. In between my emails I received an email from them that they were processing & packing my order! I immediately emailed back to cancel my order. In total, since Mar. 29 I had emailed them 6 times. No response. On Apr. 1, I received an email from them saying that they had shipped the one item even though I had repeatedly asked for the entire order to be cancelled! It will be returned because I do not want to deal with this company.

Fast Efficient Service
I orderred 3 Frigoverre jugs on a Sunday about 8:30 PM. I inquired that same evening when my items would be shipped. I received a return email immediately advising me the items would ship the next AM. I received the items on Tuesday in the morning as promised.
I couldn't really ask for more. The product arrived as promised in new condition. Great service, great price!!

Substituted Item
I ordered a bar tools set to compliment some bar tools my husband already has. What I received was a substituted bar set, not the set I ordered. The set I ordered isn't even on their site anymore. The description on the site of the one they sent even says it comes in a "beautiful gift box". Mine came in plain white boxes and some pieces were only in bubble wrap. It's a joke. I have been calling non stop and have emailed several times and NO RESPONSE in 3 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge while I wait for them to contact me for the return.

Hi, I bought these peppermills but did not receive any Goods (although order process says 'shipped'). Tried several times to contact this company but without reply or anything. Do not buy there!!! Dissapoitned in NL.

Slow shipping, had to chase them to receive merchandise
This company is bad. Ordered items in November and they didn't arrive for 1 month, and only because I left numerous messages to ship it. Received the items and they were not as expected and I am still waiting for a credit to my VISA two months later. Buyer beware.
