As always, great service.
Providing great products at a sensible cost.
Our delivery was delayed this time by a courier problems.
Delivery Courier did door step delivery and didn't lift it inside our property, despite us opening the door to receive. The item was rather heavy for my wife to try and manoeuvre inside. All other deliveries from KFT have been great, on time and helpfull. Not this time.
However when our order came it was as expected and our customer is very happy with the item.

Ordered from an Irish company to support local etc.. took 2 weeks to get a handle for a drawer. Would have been quicker ordering direct from Germany/amazon etc. This delay held up kitchen refurb by a few days. Nice handle though (would have been 1 star )

Good product
Good, sturdy sliding shelves. Just what I needed to double the usable space in my cupboards. I was going to buy some from Amazon but reviews were mixed especially about the sizing. I found these ones from kitchen fittings direct, they fit perfectly, they seem to be well made and they're well priced in comparison to Amazon.

Vastaus yritykseltä Kitchen Fittings Direct
Hi Ciaran
Really sorry to hear you have not received your order. We have checked the tracking and it says you recieved your order the next working day as per standard. As you never contacted us directly, we are only made aware now but have contacted DPD to find out what has happened and will revert immediately. We have emailed you directly, the tracking information showing the next day delivery. Perhaps is best to respond to that email confirming if you had received tracking information in realtime which you should have. We will get you sorted immediately one way or another and once again sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind regards
The Kitchen Fittings Direct Team
